Caravan Description
A warm welcome awaits you at our brand new, 2017 Swift Snowdonia caravan, which is located on a quiet, 5-star (Welsh Tourist Board) park near Llandudno.
This well-established, peaceful and well-kept park has been awarded 5-stars from Visit Wales (exceptional with a degree of luxury).
The caravan is sited in an elevated position, with lovely country and far reaching views on this immaculately kept, family run and privately owned site.
The caravan is double glazed and has gas central heating. It is also alarmed and has parking available alongside.
To gain access to the park there is added security with a key code barrier.
Please note, for anyone suffering from any allergies, the owner’s family has a small dog who has been in the caravan.
The caravan benefits from having good-sized decking and outdoor furniture; a table and 4 chairs with luxury padded seats have been provided for your comfort and enjoyment along with a parasol. This enables you to sit back, relax and to take in the lovely views from the decking.
The good-size lounge has a 3 and 2 seater sofa for your comfort and relaxation, a 32" flat screen HD TV. There is also a coffee table with integrated stools along with a flame effect electric fire with remote control for when the sun goes down.
There is a dining table with seating for 4 people.
The kitchen has lots of cupboard space and equipment, including a full-size gas oven and hob, an integrated fridge with a built-in wine rack and freezer, a microwave, toaster and kettle.
The caravan sleeps 4 people maximum.
The main master bedroom has a double bed and we have added luxury mattress toppers and protectors to enhance and give you a comfortable and restful sleep. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and basin for your added privacy and enjoyment. There is a large mirror and small dressing table with a stool to sit, for your comfort, along with a double wardrobe with drawers.
The second bedroom has two single beds with luxury mattress toppers, protectors and pillow protectors to enhance and give a comfortable and restful sleep.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Alternatively, we can provide bedding for you at an additional cost of £30.
The gas is calor gas, the electric and water are both metered - reasonable usage has been included in the rental. Over and above this will be charged for.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
There is a launderette on site with washer and dryer, for which you will be provided with a key code.
The caravan is strictly non-smoking at all time.
A fire extinguisher has been provided.

About the Area
Just outside Penrhynhall Caravan Park, local facilities include a bistro/café, Chinese restaurant, hairdressers, pharmacy and a newsagent with convenience store. Over the road is a Co-op supermarket for your convenience, without the need to get into a car.Rhos on Sea is 1 1/2 miles along the coast, which has a lovely promenade and beach. There are also pubs, restaurants, cafés, gift shops and clothes shops for you to enjoy.
Llandudno is 2 miles away in the car, but there is a local bus stop just outside the caravan park. Llandudno is Wales largest resort situated between the Great and Little Orme, and offers two wonderful beaches; the award winning North Shore and the quiet sand duned West Shore. It has an indoor swimming pool, theatre, museum, bowling green, bowling alley, tennis courts, golf courses and a large shopping centre. The Great Orme has cable cars, trams, a toboggan run, artificial ski-slope and café.
Colwyn Bay. with its Mountain Zoo, leisure centre and Eirias Park, is 3 miles away.
The town of Conway is 5 miles away and is well worth a visit for its medieval castle, marina, open air market, many shops, boat trips and bustling quayside.
Lovely Llanwrst, Betsy-Coed are not far away.
Penrhyn Bay is close by with its man-made beach, golf course, restaurants and shops.
