Welcome to our privately owned family caravan located in beautiful Tenby on Haven’s Kiln Park Holiday Centre. We are just a short walk from Tenby town and some spectacular beaches.

Caravan Description
Welcome to our privately owned family caravan located in beautiful Tenby on Haven’s Kiln Park Holiday Centre. We are just a short walk from Tenby town and some spectacular beaches.
This is our double glazed and central heated three bedroom Willerby Rio Premier that sleeps 6 and is rated as 'Prestige with decking' or 'Silver', with wrap around decking with outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the sun all day and is situated on Sand Martin Court at Kiln Park in Tenby.
Lounge
Within the large living are we have an L-shaped settee, 40” smart TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, DVD player, a gas fire, Wi-Fi, and a dining table with a corner seating area.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen has an integrated oven/grill with electronic ignition, a built in high level microwave, built-in fridge/freezer, and all cookware, crockery, etc will be supplied.
Three bedrooms
The master bedroom consists of a double bed, storage space, a TV and boasts an en-suite toilet with a washbasin.
The two twin bedrooms both have two single beds. There are waterproof mattress covers in the twin bedrooms and mattress protectors.
All three bedrooms have a quilt and pillows. All bedding can be provided upon request for you on arrival.
Please bring your own towels, tea towels and toiletries. A separate information pack will be emailed to you upon your booking.
Bathroom
There is a shower, radiator, and toilet. The combi boiler and central heating system provides instantaneous hot water.
There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors fitted within the caravan for your peace of mind.
Deposit and Payment
A non-returnable deposit of £100 will be required to secure the hire of the caravan.
We also require refundable £100 deposit, which will be refunded when you leave providing there is no damage or breakages.
Full payment will be required 6 weeks prior to your stay.
The caravan needs to be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. Arrival no earlier than 2pm. This allows cleaning to be completed.
When enquiring, please state who is in your party.
We hold a strict 'NO dogs', 'NO smoking', and 'NO vaping' policy in the caravan or on the veranda. Customers found in breach of this will forfeit their bond for intense deep cleaning.
Sorry NO hen/stag parties allowed on site; these are site rules.

These can be purchased from Kiln Park reception.
The award winning beaches are a 15 minute stroll from the caravan.
On site at Kiln Park is a well-stocked convenience store, the clubhouse and main complex that a short walk away from us. The main complex houses the swimming pool, chip shop, arcades, rides for the children, pottery workshops, build a bear, Papa John's Pizza, Burger King, Millie's Cookies, bars, restaurants, and a soft play area. There is also an outdoor swimming pool for the summer months.
Other activities, include crazy golf, tennis courts, go karts and a playground area.
There are many family attractions and activities to enjoy such as Oakwood Theme Park, Manor House Wildlife Park, Dinosaur Park, Heatherton and Folly Farm.
