Caravan Description

New for 2025 swift Moselle lodge, Gold standard, Our family owned caravan at Kiln Park Holiday Park is perfect for families and young children. It also has a private parking space directly outside the caravan.

Our caravan is only a short walk away from all the park’s amenities and the beautiful south beach. Also, Tenby town is within walking distance and offers stunning bars and restaurants, along with boat trips around the Pembrokeshire coastline and the lovely Caldey Island.

The caravan is fully double glazed, with central heating throughout, and there are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, plus a fire extinguisher to ensure your peace of mind and safety.

The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet with wash basin, large shower unit, along with double wardrobes, a dressing table and a 32” wall-mounted TV. King size bed.

The two twin bedrooms each have a wardrobe and bedside cupboards.

The main bathroom has a full size bath and over head shower unit. toilet, wash basin and wall cabinet.

We have a modern, open plan kitchen, complete with full size cooker, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and air fryer etc. The dining area has a table with wrap around sitting area and stools.

Within the living room we have a 4 seater and corner chair , modern free standing furniture, 43” 4k flat screen TV and DVD player, a radio, plus built-in speakers with Bluetooth connection.

Sliding Patio doors lead out onto a secure, wraparound, lockable decking, which is ideal for little ones. Rattan furniture is available to the front, and side of the decking is perfect for a relaxing sunny day.



Bookings & Condition

All beds have hygiene protectors on the mattresses. Quilts and pillows are provided for all beds. Guests MUST bring their own towels.

Bookings are accepted for couples and families only.

Strictly NO PETS and NO SMOKING.

Leisure passes are NOT provided, but can be purchased through the park on your arrival.

The caravan will be ready at 2pm on your day of arrival. It must be vacated before 11am on your departure day.

A £100 deposit is to be paid on booking. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

A refundable £100 bond will also be required a week before your arrival. This will be refunded on the day of your departure, as long as loss, damages and or breakages have occurred or the need for an excessive clean.



Location

Kiln Park is a Haven site with lots of amenities available on the park. These include:

. Large shop that is well-stocked for all your needs
. The Harbour restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, evening meals and Sunday carvery

. Tennis courts, soft play area and outdoor park
. Burger king, Papa John’s pizza and fish and chips (take away and delivery available)

Should you wish to venture off the Park, in Tenby town centre you are spoilt for choice, with lovely cafés and restaurants available. Also, there are lots of boat trips on offer, and a visit to Caldey Island or a trip around the lovely Pembrokeshire coastal path would be time well spent.
