Caravan Description

This lovely caravan on Kiln Park Holiday Centre, is located close to the shop, outside pool, laundrette and main entertainment centre, It’s also within walking distance of Tenby town, its beautiful beaches and the golf course.

This large caravan measures 42’ x 13’ and boasts a very sunny decking area, accessed from the central lounge, complete with lockable gates, a rattan style 2-seater sofa and 2 chairs, an external dining table with dining chairs and a storage box. We also provide sun parasols and beach items for the lttle one.

The central living area offers a U shaped corner sofa that seats 6 people, a coffee table, an electric fire ad a 40” Smart TV with NETFLIX and FREE Wi-Fi. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.

The lovely, modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven/hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all the crockery, glassware, cutlery, utensils and cookware that you may need.

There are 3 bedrooms. To the one end of the caravan is the main bedroom, which has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room, walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, wall cupboards and a dressing table with mirror. There is also a hairdryer and Smart TV.

At the other end of the caravan are two further bedrooms and the main bathroom. The first of these bedrooms has twin single beds, a wardrobe, bedside cabinet, wall cupboards and mirror. The second has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cupboards, small dressing table and mirror. The main bathroom has large, shallow bath with enclosed shower cubicle, along with a toilet, wash basin and wall cabinet.

All bedrooms have black out blinds.

The caravan has full central heating and double glazing, along with an alarm and fully tested smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

An assortment of boxed games is provided for your enjoyment during your stay.

Pillows, duvets and mattress /pillow protectors are provided.

Bed linen is NOT provided. However, there is an option to have lined provided, with the beds made up ready for your arrival, for an additional £35. It you do not want this service, you MUST bring sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases with you.

Guest must also bring towels, tea towels and bath mats.




Location

Haven’s Kiln Park Holiday Centre in Tenby is suitable for families of all ages. It has a lot to offer, including an on-site complex with 2 swimming pools, restaurants, bars and showrooms with all day entertainment for adults and children. There is also a supermarket, tennis courts, children's play areas with FunWorks, including Rory and Gang.

*Entertainment passes are NOT included in our rental price, but can be purchased directly from the Customer Services desk on arrival.

Tenby itself, with its unique shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs and beaches, is only a10 minute walk or 5 minute drive. It also has a picturesque fishing harbour with boat trips to Caldey Island. There is also a regular taxi service close by, which will pick you up from the site.

Asda and Tesco offer online shopping delivery to the caravan.




Surrounding area

The town centre and beaches are a short walk away or can be accessed by car, taxi or bus. A free bus is usually available from the adjacent Salterns car park during the school summer holiday season. There is a small car park in the town next to Sainsbury's with short and long term parking available at modest charges. There are a number of other car parks with similarly modest charges.
