Welcome to our lovely Atlas Debonair caravan to let on Haven's Kiln Park Holiday Park in Tenby, situated in a central, sought-after area close to all amenities.

Caravan Description
Our new (to us) Atlas Debonair 40'x13' caravan to let at Kiln Park is located in a very central, sought-after, sunny location close to all amenities and the entrance to the beach.
The caravan is rated as Prestige /Silver by Haven and has a front enclosed deck (13' x 8') with easy chairs
and extensive side decking with table and chairs for al fresco dining, both of which are south facing to enjoy the sun's rays. There is also a storage bench that seats 2, which contains lots of beach toys that our guests are welcome to use.
There is private parking next to the caravan for one car, with extra car parking space just around the corner. (Haven request no parking on the grass)
It has one double bedroom, with a TV, an en suite toilet and washbasin.
There are also two twin bedded rooms, which have the larger 2'6" wide beds, plus a sofa bed in the lounge if required.
All beds (except sofabed) are made up with bedlinen ready for your arrival.
A hairdryer is also provided.
The main bathroom has a shower washbasin and toilet with storage cupboard for your toiletries.
A towel pack consisting of 6 x bath sheets and 6 x hand towels can be provided for the duration of your stay by contacting the owner. This package is only £18.
The comfy lounge will easily seat 6 and has a flat screen 43” smart TV. The Private Wi-Fi provided in the caravan allows you to work or access your own apps and streaming while on on holiday. This allows you to log on to any of your personal streaming accounts for TV use. Please remember to log out before leaving your holiday home.

There are many extras in our caravan for your convenience, including 1 x tea towel, dish cloth and cleaning pack, toilet rolls, kitchen towel and some complimentary toiletries.
Our rental caravan has been set up with the enjoyment of your holiday at the forefront of our minds and includes a selection of DVDs, books and games for all ages to enjoy. We even have 2 tennis rackets and beach toys for your use whilst holidaying on the site, which are kept in the storage bench outside. (access is provided once you have bookedj
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cooker, air fryer, slow cooker and integrated fridge freezer. There’s also an iron, small ironing board and clothes airer.
The dining area consists of a table and chairs, which will comfortably sit 5 people.
The price of the holiday is for the caravan ONLY, If you require passes ,these must be purchased separately via Kiln Park.

About the Area
Kiln Park Holiday Park has direct access to the beach or you can walk into wonderful Tenby, with its many little alleyways, shops and eateries, via the path past the golf club or through the car park and via the railway arches.On site facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, places to eat and a large clubhouse with nightly entertainment.
For walkers, Kiln Park is a great base from which to explore the many beautiful towns and beaches of Pembrokeshire.
For the children, all of the attractions of Folly Farm, the Dinosaur Park, Heatherton, Manor Wildlife Park, Wild Lakes Wales (wakeboarding), Carew Castle, Caldey Island Trips or simply crab fishing are available within easy reach.
If you just want to enjoy the wonderful beaches of Pembrokeshire, then this is an ideal place, with such gems as Bosherton Iily Ponds, Manorbier (and castle), Freshwater East, Littlehaven and Wisemans Bridge and inland, Lawrenny to explore.
