Caravan Description

Our luxury 2024, 3 bedroom Willerby Astoria Caravan Lodge on Haven’s Kiln Park, is moments away from the ultimate Welsh beach holiday destination of Tenby.

Our caravan is perfectly located with just a short walk to north and south beach and the beautiful, historic Tenby town, where you will find a multitude of boutique shops, restaurants and bakeries.

Changeovers are normally Monday, Friday or Saturday, but you can book any day to suit you, this will be subject to availability.

The fine details;
Maximum occupancy is 6 people. This is a family caravan, and we welcome young families. However, we do not accept groups for stags/hens.

No pets

Fire safety is a priority therefore NO smoking or vaping in caravan or veranda and no candles please.

For your safety smoke & heat alarms fitted there is also a carbon monoxide alarm and fire extinguisher fitted along with a fire blanket.

No bicycles or hanging wet wetsuits in caravan or veranda (outdoor storage could be arranged if required) or you can chain the bicycles under the caravan but not against the caravan.

Holidays here at Kiln Park are packed with fun from indoor and outdoor pools, children’s play areas, tennis courts, bike rentals and huge range of entertainment to enjoy at the Marina bar and stage venue. Kiln Park entertainment passes are NOT included in this booking. However, you can purchase these on site or online, once your caravan booking is completed.

We require a £200 deposit to secure your booking. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of the holiday.

A £250 breakage or damage bond is to be paid. This bond is refundable and will be returned within 7 working days provided caravan is in same condition as arrival.

£100 Discount when booking 7 nights consecutive during peak period.

Please remove all food and rubbish from the fridge and the caravan and place in the bins situated just outside of Shearwater on your departure (not to be left outside the caravan).

Check in is at 3pm on arrival day and check out is at 10am.

Self-check in - Keys will be placed in the key safe - instructions provided on check in.
Early/late check in/out may be available on request subject to availability.

About The Caravan

Caravan is classified as a residential lodge 42ft x 14ft, it has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom, both with showers.

Full gas central heating throughout with high efficiency condensing combi boiler. Also, energy efficient double glazing and modern insulation to maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the year.

Shearwater is a quiet much sort after area, with most of the caravans privately owned. A cul de sac, with no passing traffic. Very safe for the children to play outside. It is also close to all park amenities.

Sliding patio door leads onto a closed veranda (safe for little ones) with rattan sofa furniture etc cushions and parasol and base. The veranda benefits with continuous sunshine throughout the day. There is also a large patio and grass area at the side of the caravan along with your own private parking bay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated oven, grill, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and full inventory of pot and pans, glasses, cutlery, dishes etc for 6 people.

An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Our master bedroom has a king-size bed, and all bedrooms have plenty of storage with drawers and over bed storage units, so plenty of space for a comfortable stay, TV and hairdryers are also provided in each bedroom. All bedding is provided, you only need to bring your own towels and tea towels and bath mats.
( On departure please remove sheets,pillowcases and duvet covers that you have used and place in kitchen)

There are USB ports on plug points for easy phone charging.
