Caravan Description

This is our 3 bedroom mini lodge (42ft x 14ft) with large glass secure wrap around decking based on the sought after area, The Stables at Hafan y Mor, Haven’s flagship holiday park. It is located on a beautiful plot in peaceful surroundings with easy access to the beaches and coastal paths and a short walk away to all amenities onsite - best of both worlds.

The mini lodge, which sleeps up to 6, is double glazed and has full central heating.

The living area is very spacious with two free standing sofas, and an electric fire. It has a large smart television. Variety of board games/cards/books are available. There are double patio doors which open onto the private decking area with outdoor rattan furniture, perfect to sit and enjoy the views over the protected green wildlife area and the beautiful sunsets in the evening.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, gas oven/grill, 5 burner gas hob, large larder, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, 3x table fans and clothes maid. The dining area has a free standing table and seats 4 people.

The main king size bedroom has lots of storage with cupboards over, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table. USB ports by bedside. Smart television. Hairdryer. Fans. Plenty of room for travel cot if needed. En-suite shower, toilet and sink. Second bedroom has two full size single beds with storage cupboards over, bedside cabinets, USB ports by bedside and a wardrobe. Fan. The third bedroom has two caravan size beds, USB ports by bedside, storage cupboards over and a wardrobe. Blackout blind. Child's bed guard is available if required. Fan. The bathroom has wash-hand basin, toilet and large shower.

There is a large grassed area to the side and area to the front of the caravan for your use, perfect for families. We have our own paved drive to the rear of the caravan providing spacious parking for two cars.

Our personal WIFI is included.

All duvet quilts and pillows ARE included.

Bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are available to hire from the Owner. However, guests are asked to bring their own if they do not wish to hire from Owner.

Towels and tea towels are NOT provided.

Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking is allowed.

Prices are for the hire of the caravan ONLY and Play Passes are NOT INCLUDED.

* We also ask for a refundable £100.00 security bond which is returned to you within 3 days of departure *

Once FULL payment has been made for the caravan hire, Play Passes can be purchased in advance online from Haven or from Main Reception on arrival.

We only accept bookings for Fri-Mon (3 nights), Mon-Fri (4 nights) and Fri-Fri/Mon-Mon (7 nights). Please contact us if you would like a quote for 7 nights.
