Caravan Description

This is a true home from home experience in our beautiful, cosy caravan that is for hire at Haven’s Greenacres Holiday Park in Gwynedd, where the mountains meet the sea!!!

The holiday home has all the extras that you may need for your holiday. In the lounge we have a smart TV, DVD player with plenty of DVDs to choose from, books and games for the family.

Fully equipped kitchen comes with all the necessary equipment a kettle, Smeg toaster, small air fryer, small slow cooker, sandwich maker (which also makes paninis), George Foreman Grill, a Tassimo with instructions on how to use it, all cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. We also provide you with complementary tea, coffee, and sugar.

All bed linen is provided, but beds will NOT be made up. All we ask is for you to strip the beds and place them in the pillowcases please we would much appreciate it.
All you need to bring is your own towels.
In the bedrooms there are two hairdryers.
Ironing board stored under bed in main bedroom and high chair.

We are pet friendly and allow two small dogs at a small cost, but NO puppies, sorry.

Our holiday home is south facing, so we get 24/7 sun and keeps the caravan lovely and warm. The fully enclosed decking with a gate is brilliant for small children and dogs. There is an umbrella for when the sun comes out to give your dogs a little bit of shade.

We are non-smokers and DO NOT allow smoking or vapes in our caravan.
We ask for a £100 damage bond which is returned when cleaner has been through the caravan.
Pets are £25 as our cleaner charges extra to clean after pets.. thank you.






Location

We are situated just a 5 minute walk to the complex, where you will find a fish and chip shop, convenience store, entertainment, Mash & Barrel restaurant and bar, Marina bar, arcade, indoor swimming pool and outdoor Splash Zone. Some of the facilities and entertainment need entertainment passes, which are not supplied.

Nearby there is a fantastic beach, which is around a 10 minute walk away and plenty of lovely walks.

Porthmadog – Less than a 10 minute drive or you can catch the bus.
Steam Train – Take a trip on the steam train to Caernarfon & Blaenau Ffestiniog, which are well worth the visit.
Portmeirion – Just 15 minutes via car.
Criccieth/Harlech – Beautiful castles which are lovely places to visit.
Pwllheli – 20 minutes away in the car.
Morfa Nefyn – Find the Ty Coch pub which is down on the beach.
Aberaeron – A beautiful, quaint village with a nice beach.
Abersoch – A quaint, busy summer village with another beautiful beach.
Zip World/Bounce Below – 20 minutes away in Blaenau Ffestiniog.
