Welcome to our beautiful recently fully refurbished holiday lodge for hire on Haven's Greenacres Holiday Park in Morfa Bychan, Porthmadog.
The main door to the lodge leads to a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, gas hob, built-in integrated under-counter fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots and pans, and an integrated washing machine.
From the kitchen, you walk into the lounge/dining area. The lounge has a fitted TV, a log effect gas fire with raised dining area with views to the dunes. The lounge opens up via double patio doors to the full-width large decking area with patio furniture and lovely relaxing reclining chairs with beautiful palm trees to take up the sun's rays and relax or enjoy some lovely al-fresco dining. There is gated side decking.
From the lounge leads to the hallway with 3 bedrooms - the main has a king-size bed, fitted smart OLED TV, en-suite shower room, walk-in wardrobe, and standing dressing table. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a fitted dressing table area and a fitted TV. The third bedroom has small (2'6" beds), fitted cupboards over and a single wardrobe and fitted TV.
There is a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower over.
With double glazing and gas central heating, the lodge is ideal at any time of year.
The lodge also has the added benefit of Starlink internet which is super fast and very reliable.
To the outside of the lodge there is a lockable bike storage area for any guests who are keen cyclists or families wishing to bring their bikes.
Private parking is available.

Check-in is between 3.00pm-4.00pm and checkout is 10.00am.
Haven passes are not included, guests are to seek their own purchase of these.
The location of the lodge is halfway between the main complex and the beach.

About the Area
Our luxury holiday lodge is situated on Haven's fabulous Greenacres Holiday park.The park is great for families of all ages.
On-site there is a small supermarket, Papa John's, Millie's Cookies, a fish and chip shop, and a laundrette. There is a new Marina bar in the main campus for daily entertainment and for children there is a toddler pool, outdoor splash park, indoor soft play area, and an amusement arcade. There is also a heated indoor swimming pool, adventure golf course, multi-sports court, mini bowling alley, and an outdoor play area.
The lodge is also just a short walk from Black Rock Sands, with the added luxury of being able to drive onto the beach.
Porthmadog is a 5-minute drive away which can be accessed by car or via public transport.
There is a local golf course a short walk from the site for anyone wishing to have a game of golf.
A short drive from Morfa Bychan is Borth-y-Gest which is a pretty village just around the headland from Black Rock Sands beach and can be approached by a walk across the beach or headland or a short drive by car. It has a beautiful horseshoe-shaped bay with views over the Dwyryd Estuary.
Porthmadog is the starting point of both the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland railways. Why not board a steam train for a scenic journey into Snowdonia National Park? Visit Portmerion, the Italianate village that is home to the TV show "The Prisoner".
Take a trip to Glaslyn Ospreys, Zip World, Criccieth Castle, Bedgellert and many more or simply chillax taking in the suns rays on the decking or pack a little beach bag and feel the sand between your toes or a dip in the sea .
