Willerby New Hampshire ,3 bedroom twin unit lodge!!
Set in one of the most prestigious sort after area’s of the park, overlooking the nature reserve/ dunes and castle, completely uninterrupted views, with a huge decking, and rattan outdoor dining furniture.

The Lodge has open plan living space, which gives it its signature style of modern sophistication! It also boasts contemporary furniture in rich wood tones.

The living room has large patio doors opening onto the large decked area and offers a stunning log effect electric fire, a wall-mounted, flat screen TV/DVD player, 2 free standing sofas, a coffee table and built-in Blue tooth surround system!!! There’s also a dining table and chairs, along with plenty of storage units and space.

The kitchen has a high gloss cream finish and includes a breakfast bar, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven and grill, plus lots of storage and cupboard space - it really does have it all !!!

From the open plan living area is a large hall with coat hooks and leading from the hall are the three bedrooms and bathroom.

The double bedroom has a cream, high gloss triple wardrobe, so plenty of hanging space, large drawers, chest of drawers, bed side tables and a dressing table. It also benefits from having a beautiful, spacious en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin, LED mirror and plenty of storage space.

The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds, a wardrobe and a wall-mounted TV/DVD player.

In addition to the en-suite there is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, toilet, wash basin and cupboard space.

Both bathrooms have under floor heating!!!!!!

This Lodge is top of the range and set in the most picturesque location - it really does tick all the right boxes if you’re looking for sheer luxury.

Bookings Terms

I can only except a booking once you have agreed and accepted our terms and conditions.
These are put in place to protect both parties.

A £100 non-refundable deposit will secure your holiday.

Your £100 deposit will act as your security bond during your holiday and will be refunded following your departure, once the Lodge has been checked and found to be in the same, excellent condition prior to your arrival with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for a deep clean.

The full balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

Your payment confirmation will be sent by e-mail

Once your holiday has been paid for in full, I will email your confirmation, and register your booking with Haven, you will then receive a confirmation email from Haven with all the relevant information that you will need whilst on holiday this will also include a link enabling you to purchase any play passes that you require, and you will also be able to pre book any activities/swimming.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not hire our lodge out on a full time basis…. Please feel free to ask for a specific break and I maybe able to accommodate you…. Thank you.


Location

Being a Haven Park, Greenacres has a lot of activities to offer you. There’s an indoor heated swimming pool; crazy golf; go kart hire; on-site shop; Millie’s Cookies; Mash & Barrel restaurant; arcade; NEW MARINA show bar with lots of live acts, Fun stars and of course the character shows, quizzes and family fun; plenty of outdoor activities with the Rangers.

Greenacres is one of the most picturesque parks, surrounded by the mountains, and offers easy access straight on to the beach, either over the dunes or across the nature reserve.

You can also use the bus service on the park and take a short ride down to Porthmadog.

If you like walking there’s many coastal walks, plus plenty of local attractions - not forgetting the beautiful Ffestiniog Railway - there really is a lot to offer.
