The Lodge has open plan living space, which gives it its signature style of modern sophistication! It also boasts contemporary furniture and everything you need to make your holiday.

The living room has large patio doors opening onto the large decked area and offers a stunning log effect electric fire, a wall-mounted, flat screen TV/DVD player, 2 free standing sofas. There’s also a dining table and chairs with plenty of storage units and space.

The kitchen has a high gloss cream finish and includes a breakfast bar, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven and grill, microwave and integrated washing / dryer machine plus lots of storage and cupboard space.

The master bedroom has a cream, high gloss triple wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bed side tables, a dressing table and wall mounted TV / DVD player. It also benefits from having a beautiful, spacious en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin, LED mirror, under floor heating and plenty of storage space.

The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds, a wardrobe and a wall-mounted TV/DVD player.

In addition to the en-suite there is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, toilet, wash basin, LED mirror, under floor heating and cupboard space.

This Lodge is top of the range and set in the most picturesque location - it really does tick all the right boxes if you’re looking for sheer luxury.

Bookings Terms

I can only except a booking once you have agreed and accepted our terms and conditions.
These are put in place to protect both parties.

A £100 non-refundable deposit will secure your holiday which will be deducted from your overall balance. The full balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

Once your holiday has been paid for in full, I will email your confirmation, and register your booking with Haven, you will then receive a confirmation email from Haven with all the relevant information that you will need whilst on holiday this will also include a link enabling you to purchase any play passes that you require, and you will also be able to pre book any activities/swimming.

Being a Haven Park, Greenacres has a lot of activities to offer you. There’s an indoor heated swimming pool; crazy golf; go kart hire; on-site shop; Millie’s Cookies; Mash & Barrel restaurant; arcade; NEW MARINA show bar with lots of live acts, Fun stars and of course the character shows, quizzes and family fun with plenty of outdoor activities.

You can also use the bus service on the park and take a short ride down to Porthmadog.

If you like walking there’s many coastal walks, plus plenty of local attractions - not forgetting the beautiful Ffestiniog Railway - there really is a lot to offer.
