Caravan Description
Our Pemberton Monte Carlo caravan to let on Clarach Bay Holiday Village in Aberystwyth, is double glazed and centrally heated, so ideal throughout the season.
It has two bedrooms, the main bedroom having a TV with freesat plus an en-suite. The second bedroom has twin beds, a TV with freesat
The main bathroom has a double shower, wash basin and toilet.
Within the fully equipped kitchen you will find plenty of cupboard space, a microwave, kettle, toaster drinks chiller and fridge freezer.
The large living and dining area offers comfortable settees , along with a TV and Free sat with DVDs and games. After each guest the caravan will be cleaned.
Outside the caravan is a large decking area with table and chairs.
Being close to all the amenities 1 minute walk to pub sea views and a 5-minute walk from the beach, the caravan is ideally situated.
Location
Facilities available on Clarach Bay Holiday Village include a pub, pool, fish and chip shop, ice cream and burger bar, amusement arcade, there is also a gym for adults over 18, fun fair for small children, outdoor sports facilities and direct beach access. There’s also a coastal walk into Aberystwyth.
There’s plenty to see around and about too, including the ruins of Aberystwyth Castle, Borth Animalarium, Devils bridge and lots more.
