Caravan Description

Our beautiful ABI Haywood, central heated, luxury holiday home for hire on Barmouth Bay Holiday Park in Wales, has 2 bedrooms plus a double sofa bed so comfortably sleeps 6.

The living area is wonderfully spacious and incorporates a large built-in wall unit housing a modern electric fire, together with a 42" Freeview TV and DVD player. With the extensive sofa space and scatter cushions, you can relax and unwind in the calm, light and airy lounge. Wi-Fi is available.

The modern, open plan kitchen and dining area has an integrated cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and table, together with table and chairs for your comfort whether you choose to cook or get a takeaway from one of the many local eateries.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed together with an en-suite WC, wardrobe and dressing table space. The second twin bedroom also has fitted wardrobes.

Please Note: Whilst duvets and pillows are provided, bed linen is NOT provided.

The main bathroom has a fully fitted shower and WC, and houses the combi-boiler for the central heating throughout.

There is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm in the caravan for your safety and peace of mind.

Outside there is a patio area and decking. A table and seating is provided, together with loungers and a BBQ.

With all the comforts that you are used to in this stunning local landscape of perfection, you can while away the hours relaxing - come and join us.

Bookings & Conditions

Whilst we do welcome one small dog at no extra cost, they are NOT permitted on the furniture or beds and we do ask that you bring a dog bed for them to sleep in.

No smoking is allowed in any part of the caravan at any time. Please only smoke outside of the caravan and use an ashtray.

A £100 deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your booking, within two weeks of your booking. The balance is then due no less than one month before your holiday. Should your holiday begin within four weeks/one month of your booking, full payment is required on booking.

We do occasionally have late deals, with reductions and discounts available, so please keep looking on the website or email direct for further details.

Discounts may be available for bookings of more than one week or multiple bookings.

Families and couples only permitted in the caravan, with no groups of males or females allowed.

Keys are collected and returned to the owner on the arrival/departure day of your holiday.

Check in time is 12pm - please contact the owner as soon as possible if you will not be checking in at this time.

Check out time is 11am - please leave the caravan as you found it.

A £100 damage deposit is required prior to your stay and will be returned within 48 hours of your departure providing no loss, breakages or damage has occurred, or extra cleaning has been required.

You will find the caravan very clean and tidy on your arrival - please ensure you leave it in the same condition. Cleaning products are provided for this purpose.

Please be advised that deductions may be made from the security deposit should extra cleaning be required.
