Caravan Description

ABI AMBLESIDE 2 bedroom caravan.

It has 1 double room with king size bed and walk in wardrobe, dressing table and an en-suite bathroom with shower, along with 1 twin room with wardrobe, cabinet and TV in both bedrooms have radiators fitted.

There is a modern electric fire in the lounge area, as well as radiators throughout the caravan.

The caravan includes a fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. A TV (with Freeview) and DVD player are in the lounge. An enclosed combi boiler unit, smoke alarms and hoover are provided.

Pillows and duvets are provided, but not bed linen.

The bathroom has a fully fitted shower and wash basin and toilet also a separate ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom.

Outside there is a fully decked area to the side and front of the caravan which is gated. A wooden table and chairs is provided, as well as a rattan suite and table.

Things you will need to bring: sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases (we have provided quilts, pillows). Towels (bath and tea towels), toiletries and dog blanket/bed will also be required. Please note you will need king size quilt cover.

Rules

Pillows and mattresses all have protectors on. Please do not remove these.

Please do not allow pets onto the beds or furniture. Dogs only.

If using the cooker, please line the grill/oven with foil.

Smoking is permitted outside only – please dispose of cigarette butts in bins.

Booking Conditions

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking with the balance to be paid 1 month prior to your holiday start date.

A £100 key/damage deposit is to be paid before or on arrival and will be given back when caravan is checked after your departure. If you leave early your key/damage deposit will be refunded to you by bank transfer or post.

A minimum of 1 month's notice is usually required when booking your holiday. If however your holiday starts within 1 month of your booking then an immediate non- refundable full payment will be required to secure your booking.

****Please Note: In some circumstances where availability allows, bookings can still be made at very short notice. If not already advertised as a late deal, please contact us, as considerable discounts may be available****


Reductions and discounts may be applied for un-let weeks of 1 week or less.

Immediate payment is required for all late deals.

Discounts will be available for anyone wishing to book for more than one week.

The caravan is available to families and couples only, no groups of males/females allowed.

One large dog or two small dogs allowed.

Upgraded Wi-Fi available upon request £15per week/ £25 for two week stay.

Check in time is 12pm and departure time is no later than 11am. Keys are collected and returned to owner on the arrival/departure day of your holiday.

If you cannot check in until after 3pm please contact us as soon as possible.
