Caravan Description

ABI AMBLESIDE 2 bedroom caravan.

It has 1 double bedroom with king size bed and walk in wardrobe, dressing table and an en-suite bathroom with shower, also fitted radiator, along with 1 twin bedroom with wardrobe, cabinet .TV in bedroom and fitted radiator.

There is a modern electric fire in the lounge area, as well as radiators throughout the caravan.

A TV (with Freeview ) in the lounge, also a built in radio on the wall above the fire.

The caravan includes a fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, also an Air fryer, and all utensils.

An enclosed combi boiler unit ( Located in cupboard in main bathroom), smoke alarms and hoover are provided.

Pillows and duvets are provided, but not bed linen.

The main bathroom has a fully fitted shower and wash basin and toilet also there is a separate ensuite bathroom with toilet, basin and shower in the main bedroom.

Outside there is a fully decked area to the side and front of the caravan which is gated. A rattan small table and 2 bucket chairs is provided, as well as a rattan furniture 4 chairs and table.

Things you will need to bring: sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases (we have provided quilts, pillows). Towels (bath and tea towels), toiletries and dog blanket/bed will also be required. Please note you will need king size quilt cover.

'PLEASE NOTE OUR CARAVAN SITE WILL NOT ALLOW BREEDS OF XL BULLY DOGS'

ONE LARGE DOG; which does not MALT ( Excessively } is allowed or TWO SMALL DOGS allowed. (Please confirm when booking)

Please do not allow pets onto the beds or furniture. Dogs only.

Pillows and mattresses all have protectors on. Please do not remove these.

If using the cooker, please line the grill/oven with foil.

Smoking is permitted outside only – please dispose of cigarette butts in bins.

Please leave the caravan as you found it on your departure.

Booking Conditions

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking with the balance to be paid 1 month prior to your holiday start date.

A £100 Key/Damage Deposit is to be paid before arrival and will be refunded back when caravan has been checked after your departure. If you leave early your key/damage deposit will be refunded to you by bank transfer or post.

A minimum of 1 month's notice is usually required when booking your holiday. If however your holiday starts within 1 month of your booking then an immediate non- refundable full payment will be required to secure your booking.

****Please Note: In some circumstances where availability allows, bookings can still be made at very short notice. If not already advertised as a late deal, please contact us, as considerable discounts may be available****


Reductions and Discounts may be applied for un-let weeks of 1 week or less.

Immediate Payment is required for All Late Deals.

Discounts will be available for anyone wishing to book for more than one week.

The caravan is available to families and couples only, (No Groups of Males/Females Allowed.

Upgraded Wi-Fi available upon request £15 per week/ £25 for two week stay.

Check in time is 1pm and departure time is no later than 10.30am. Keys are collected and returned to owner on the arrival/departure day of your holiday. Or can be left in the Key safe situated at bottom of caravan steps. { Communicated with Owner}.

If you cannot check in until after 3pm please contact us as soon as possible.
