Accommodation Details

Our non-smoking, luxury, modern caravan is located at Aberdunant Hall Holiday Park; a relaxing picturesque location nestled within 200 acres of mature woodland, providing an ideal base for your holiday within Snowdonia National Park.

The beautiful caravan is a 2 bedroom, 4/6 berth, 40ft x 13ft Willerby Sheraton caravan. This caravan has a residential specification being insulated and has double glazing and central heating ensuring a cosy retreat at any time of year. It is in immaculate condition, with everything provided with your comfort and convenience in mind.

Within the lounge area of the holiday home are 2 two-seater sofas (one being a sofa bed - no linen provided), a coffee table, super-fast broadband, smart TV, Blu-ray player, Amazon Echo (Alexa), a selection of walking books & ordnance survey maps and patio doors leading out onto the decking.

Fully equipped kitchen consists of a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas oven, grill & hob, air fryer, microwave oven, DeLonghi Bean to Cup coffee machine, cocktail glasses, wine and gin.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dressing table, drawers, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite with a toilet, wash basin and a shower. The twin bedroom has two single beds, cupboards, drawers and a wardrobe. Also provided within the bedroom is a hairdryer, straighteners, iron and a hot water bottle.

In addition to the en-suite is a family bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and a shower.

Outside we have a modern decking area with a luxury two seater sofa, two chairs and coffee table. The enclosed private garden also has the corner sofa, coffee table, dining table, BBQ and chimenea (please bring wood) for you to enjoy. There is a parking space for one car.

Please note: we endeavour to ensure the caravan is fully cleaned to a high standard between every booking. A £70 cleaning fee is added to the cost of hire and there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The holiday park provides a peaceful haven full of wildlife, where you can enjoy nature trails and woodland walks within a tranquil setting of streams and waterfalls. There is also a Green and a children’s play area.

The site is dog friendly, including a lovely area within the restaurant (mention pets if booking a table). Several electric charging points are provided on site for electric vehicles and there is a small launderette. The site office staff are friendly and helpful and there is an out of hours service for emergencies.

Aberdunant Hall was once a Victorian manor house and is now an attractive bar and restaurant providing excellent quality food and service for residents and non-residents (booking recommended). The Hall’s modern outdoor slate terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the far-reaching mountain and countryside views with a coffee or glass of wine. Pizza from the outdoor pizza oven is also very much worth a try.

Snowdonia or Eryri is the largest National Park in Wales, with 823 square miles of stunning countryside. It boasts 9 mountain ranges, 74 miles of beautiful coastline, and 1500 miles of walking routes with hills, valleys, lakes and rivers to explore. The local area is steeped in culture, history and heritage with numerous castles, industrial history, and diverse towns offering something for everyone to see and do.
