Caravan Description

Combe Haven Holiday Park in St Leonards on Sea, is a tranquil and comfortable getaway location in the seaside town of Hastings on the East Sussex coast. It’s a perfect place for couples or families to enjoy a UK break or staycation from as little as 3 days to a longer stay.

Our caravan on Combe Haven Holiday Park, is sited on one of the two premium pitches, set in a quiet cul-de-sac designed predominantly for owners. It has a gated decking and its own patio area to the rear. The patio has artificial grass with a table chairs and BBQ.

This is a 6 berth, 3 bedroom caravan, which comprises of a double bedroom with en suite toilet and two further bedrooms, each with two single beds. All bedrooms have a TV on the wall.

There is a separate toilet and shower room.

The caravan is fully equipped and includes a 43” Smart TV, DVD player and numerous DVDs in the lounge. Within the kitchen you will find a full size cooker, microwave, air fryer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge and a table top freezer, along with all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans that you should need.

Also provided is a vacuum cleaner, iron (in the wardrobe) and ironing board (under bed).

We ask that the caravan be left clean and tidy after your use.

We supply all duvets and pillows, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and toiletries.

Cleaning products will be supplied - please let us know if they need to be replaced.

Location

We are ideally situated just a short walk from Combe Haven Holiday Park’s ‘Live Lounge’ and main complex.

There is an exit gate/walk through at the bottom end of the park where you will find a 24 hour petrol station, fish and chip shop, Indian restaurant, café, Aldi supermarket, Costa and Greggs, all within a ten min walk.

Venturing off the park, just a short drive away is Hastings old town, Hastings pier, promenade and beach.

A short drive in the other direction is a retail park with Tesco, Next, Poundland, M&S and other retail stores.


There is a large beach close by, with café and toilets - park in car park next to M&S, it’s only small though, but free parking so you need to get there early. Alternatively, as it’s only just over a mile away, you could walk if you were feeling energetic.
