Caravan Description

Our lovely, unique 3 bedroom, family owed caravan is based on the Green Acre area of the lovely Haven’s Church Farm Holiday Village in Pagham. Green Acre is the only area which has a large playing field, this is where the caravan is situated, meaning your children have the freedom to play safely outside and enjoy some family games.

Our caravan has 3 bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twin rooms - we also have a double sofa bed in the living area allowing the caravan to sleep up to 8 people. We have a separate toilet and a shower room with a toilet.

There is a spacious living area with a TV and DVD player, an open plan kitchen and dining area and a lovely outdoor seating area.

The caravan has lots of extras that are not found in Haven rentals such as board games, selection of DVDs, Books, outdoor games, outdoor table and chairs, BBQ, cooking condiments, iron and ironing board and a well equipped kitchen which includes a slow cooker.

Our caravan is uniquely decorated in a beach theme that gives your holiday experience a more home from home feel.
We want our guests to feel comfortable and welcome throughout the duration of their stay so all beds are made up for your arrival, a lovely welcome basket full of goodies will be awaiting your arrival and to make it even more special we also offer early check in.

Church Farm Holiday Village is a great place for a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle. It's in stunning Sussex, just down the road from Bognor Regis, officially the sunniest place in England! Explore the lagoon and spot wildlife on a walk down to the shingle beach.

Located next to the RSPB Pagham Nature Reserve, which is open year-round. Pagham Harbour is a peaceful reserve and an internationally important wetland site for wildlife, with the big, sheltered inlet at its heart that attracts ducks, geese, and wading birds. Other birds to look out for include Black-tailed Godwits and Little Egrets. There are beautiful landscapes and excellent sunsets for you to soak up and enjoy, it truly is a great place to escape for a brief stint.

Just a short walk away you will also find Pagham beach, with a café, fish and chip shop and an arcade - The Pagham Amusement Centre has a fascinating collection of machines going back to the 50s and is a nostalgic reminder of days gone by for the parents and grandparents, as well as being great fun for the children. The amusement centre, beach cafe, and seaside shop have been run by the same family since 1974.
