Caravan Description

Double glazed and central heated holiday caravan to let Church Farm Village in West Sussex, located just 2 minutes walk from the site facilities and 5 minutes from the beach.

Our ‘Silver’ graded holiday home at Church Farm Village, is a 38’x12’ caravan with 2 bedrooms. It has one large master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite, plus a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be made into a double if preferred. There is also a double pull-out bed in the lounge.

Other facilities within the caravan include:

. 2 toilets, shower
. Double open patio doors onto the veranda, complete with furniture
. Paved patio area with furniture
. Tarmac parking alongside
. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer etc.
. TV/DVD player lounge , TV main bedroom and Bluetooth in lounge, plus comfortable stylish furnishings with throws


Bookings

A £100 deposit will secure your date. Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to your start date.

A £100 security deposit will also be required with your final payment. This will be refunded with 48 hours of your departure as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

If you have other dates other than listed contact me & will try to accommodate if possible .
Location

Our caravan on Church Farm Village is situated on a ‘Gold’ plot at Church Meadow just 2 minutes walk from the facilities and 5 minutes from the lagoon and onto the beach.

Church Farm Village in West Sussex, has good facilities on site. For children there are 2 pools; one indoor heated and one outdoor surrounded by bed lounges. There’s also a coffee bar, bar, arcade and numerous activities, along with evening entertainment.

Church Farm is set in beautiful surroundings, with its lagoon and conservation area, and a lovely quiet beach. There are many lovely walks close by and beautiful sunsets (not to be missed).

At the entrance to the park, just a 3 minute walk away, is a bus stop with services to Chichester, Bognor Regis etc.

Chichester (25 minutes away) is a lovely city with its cathedral, individual shops, plus shops you would expect from a city.

Bognor Regis (15 minutes away) is a bustling town with shopping and entertainment; great for children.

There is also a very good bus service onward(from Chichester )to Portsmouth, Arundel, Selsey, Witterings and the beautiful West Wittering beach.
