Caravan Description
Welcome to ‘Poppy’, our lovely ABI St David, 12x37 holiday caravan on Haven’s Church Farm Holiday Village in Pagham, West Sussex, situated in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic.
Our holiday caravan at Church Farm Holiday Village offers parking for 2 cars and is within an easy, level walk of all the facilities.
We have created a cosy feel to our Church Farm caravan, so it feels nice and homely.
Gas central heating and double glazing makes our caravan ideal in the colder months.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, slow cooker coffee maker toaster, along with a dining table and chairs.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing with a book. There’s also a 20” TV with HDMI lead and there is free Wi-Fi available.
The main bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage and the added benefit of an en-suite toilet. Bedrooms two and three have twin beds, storage and overhead lighting.
The veranda is the perfect spot to have a “sundowner”, complete with table and chairs. We also have a neat patio area with garden furniture, which also has a little hidey-hole for the buckets and spades.
We hope that you love Poppy as much as we do.
We require a £100 deposit which will secure the dates you require.
The remaining balance, plus a £50 breakage/damage bond is due 4 weeks before your holiday start date. The £50 bond will be returned within a week if there are no damage/ breakages occur.
Check in is at 4 pm.
Check out is at 10am.

About the Area
There is plenty to do in the area, Chichester and Portsmouth are just a short drive or you can catch the bus with a regular bus service from the park into Chichester that connects you to trains and further buses.West Whittering with its beautiful shallow sandy beaches, Bognor Regis is a short drive away. There is also a local beach in Pagham.
Church Farm has a large lagoon and is also next to an RSPB reserve where you can watch seabirds and waders.
On site you will find something to do for everyone; from the very young to the elderly.
There are indoor and outdoor pools, a bowling green, mini golf, tennis courts, full entertainment, a shop and various eateries that cater for all tastes.
