BRAND NEW 2024 ABI BEVERLEY 3 BEDROOM CARAVAN
Located in Old Nine, our lovely caravan is located in a quiet area near the golf course and wooded area, just a 15 minute walk from the facilities. It also has a private grassed area with a patio and driveway.
Fully double glazed with sliding doors leading to the balcony area which has table and chairs for relaxing. Central heating means this is a perfect all season holiday home
The spacious living room has 2 comfortable sofas, one is a sofa bed. Also has a log burner effect fire in fire fireplace.
There is a large kitchen dining room. Which has ample of space with a floor to ceiling Fridge/Freezer, Microwave , Nespresso Virtu coffee machine, Air fryer. And a free standing table with four chairs.
Also two spare folding dining chairs.
The living room has a TV and DVD player and a large selection of DVDS , there is also a TV and DVD player in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom consisting of a toilet and hand basin
The second bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
The family bathroom has a large walk in shower , toilet and hand basin and a storage cupboard with shelves to store your toiletries
For your use there is an iron and ironing board.
Travel cot. Two bed guards, large folded drying rack.
A shark upright vacuum cleaner.
The complex is about a 15 minute walk, along with the shop and cart hire, swimming etc.
Or enjoy a stroll around Pagham lagoon, feed the ducks and swans or just sit on the decking and enjoy a glass of something cold and bubbly.
