Fully equipped holiday cottage with modern amenties; 48 Mounacan is a unique summer holiday chalet set in its own garden in the hills of Domaine du Pin de la Legue.
You can choose sun or shade on secluded terraces in this idyllically calm, 500 square meter garden. Dine under the stars or, in the unlikely event of rain, under a covered patio where there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen so that the cook is always part of the party.
The accommodation, substantially refitted in 2013 comprises a residential cottage with modern bathroom, air conditioning and TV/DVD;,plus there is a separate small caravan. Both have mains electricity and drainage.
The main cottage is double roofed for insulation and surrounded by its own covered patio and terraces.
There is one double bedroom and a sitting room with a convertible bed; a bathroom with modern WC, walk in shower and wash basin; the outside kitchen is covered and sheltered so cooking is a pleasure even in the hottest or wettest weather; it is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, two refrigerators and double sinks, and there is a fitted washing machine.
The cottage is air conditioned and there is a TV/DVD player. There is also a small caravan comprises another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a modern shower block, ith endless hot water, WC and wash basins within 100 meters. The garden is exceptionally large so the cottage is quiet and private.
Price includes site taxes so the only additional charge is the cost of a car entry sticker and ID for each person. Please enquiry for a full quote.

About the Area
Still on the Domaine, but about a kilometre away, is the pool complex with two big pools and children’s paddling pools. There is a disco on site for young people, as well as tennis courts, boules pitches, etc. For those who need it there are free access wi-fi hot spots. In the commercial centre adjacent to the Domaine you will find food and grocery shops and five different restaurants and bars.The Domaine du Pin de la Legue is set in a wooded site in the hills about 4 miles from the sea at Frejus, and is acknowledged to be one of the leading holiday locations of its kind in the South of France. It is situated about 4 miles from the Roman market town of Frejus and about 5 miles from the Mediterranean. The autoroute is 2 miles from the Domaine and offers easy access to the Cote d’Azur and the beautiful beaches and towns of St Maxime, St Raphael or St Tropez, but also within easy reach are the hills of Var and Provence. Nice Airport is 45 minutes away by autoroute, or you can connect to TGV trains in St Raphael, about 7 miles away. Frejus, with its market, restaurants and port is accessible by road or bus.
