Caravan Description

Our lovely, clean caravan for hire on Sandy Glade Holiday Park in Brean, has full gas central heating and double glazing, and it is ideally situated close to the pool, café, shop and Clubhouse.

There are two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, flat screen Freeview TV and an en-suite toilet with wash basin. The twin bedroom has two single beds, which can be put together to make a double bed if required. There is also a sprung pull-out double bed in the lounge.

The good sized shower room has a wash basin, toilet and large, enclosed shower.

The lounge is spacious and includes a flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player and large selection of films.

There is parking space in front of the caravan and a grassed area to the side. The fully enclosed, gated decking/balcony is ideal for small children and dogs, along with a sectioned-off lawn area. A table, chairs and parasol are provided.

The beach is just a short walk along a sandy path.


Terms & Conditions

Payment is required in full six weeks before date of arrival.

In addition to the hire charge a £50 deposit is required to secure any bookings, this is refundable within 7 working days of your departure provided the caravan is left in the same condition as when you arrived. This deposit will not be refunded if your holiday is cancelled.

The caravan is fully checked after every booking so we expect our customers to treat our property with great care as we do not like having to withhold this deposit as this often offends.

Should we need to withhold the deposit, then we will obtain photographic evidence of any damage.

PLEASE NOTE - Dogs must NEVER be left unattended in the caravan
