This is my spacious, 4 bedroom, 10 berth caravan to let at Butlin’s Resort in Minehead, Somerset, benefitting from a huge veranda the length of the caravan, approximately 8' wide.

Caravan Description
This is my spacious, 4 bedroom, 10 berth caravan ( max, 8 adults) to let on the wonderful Butlin’s Resort in Minehead, Somerset.
The 4 bedrooms comprise 1 double and 3 twin bedded rooms. . The seating in the lounge also pulls out to make a double bed, making this a 10 berth caravan.
All duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, chip fryer, sandwich toaster, iron and ironing board.
The caravan benefits from having 2 toilets with one being in the shower room.
Outside there is a lovely veranda the length of the caravan and approximately 6ft wide, complete with table, chairs and an umbrella.
A £100 deposit will secure any break the balance £10 Butlin admin fee and £100 damage bond payable 8 weeks before start of break.Payments can be made in instalments.
ADULT WEEKENDS. The price quoted includes 5 passes,3 extra passes can be purchased. Maximum occupancy 8
Special adult weekends price is for caravan only, passes are extra
£100 refundable damage bond to be added to balance on all adult weekends.
8 is the Maximum occupancy and at least one of the party must be 25 or over.
A travel cot, highchair, bed rail, baby bath and toilet seat can be provided for our younger visitors.
Location
The caravan is sited on Venture Cove, not far from the lake and about 10 minutes walk to the beach.
There is parking just yards in front of the caravan,so not far to unload your car

Butlin’s Resort in Minehead is ideally situated for exploring Exmoor and the surrounding beautiful villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, Porlock and Selworthy, as well as Dunster Castle and its working watermill.If animals and reptiles interest your family, a short drive away is Tropiquaria, which is well worth a visit - and don't forget to take a picnic as the kids will not want to leave.
