Caravan Description
This is a Willerby Clearwater twin lodge, measuring 40ft x 20ft, situated on the prime plot in Butlins Minehead. with an extensive and spacious balcony.
The lodge has central heating and double glazing, three bedrooms, including a king size master with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe the four single beds are full size three foot , plus a family bathroom.
There is a TV in the lounge and master bedroom.
The lodge has gardens on all four sides, the front lawn being 60ft long and south facing on to the lake, which can be used for fishing or row boating.
Parking is alongside.
This lodge is our second (holiday) home and is only available to rent in July , August Sept. and October .The most reassuring feature with the lodge is that the owners love and use it ,and do not treat it as a distant money maker.
All Butlin's facilities and entertainment charge passes are included.
