Available for hire is our three bedroom static caravan with full double glazing and central heating, located just a short walk from the Skyline Pavilion at Butlin’s Resort Minehead in Somerset.

Caravan Description
The location of the caravan is perfect, with only being a short walk to all the facilities at the Skyline Pavilion.
The caravan has its own private parking space next to the caravan, and additional vehicles can park in the East Carpark.
We have a private garden area where you can sit and enjoy your holiday with outside or inside eating. There are side doors where you can sit and enjoy the garden and simply relax.
There are three bedrooms, a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and drawers, a further two twin bedrooms. With regards to bedding, all duvets and pillows are supplied for the rooms, you just need to bring your own duvet covers, pillowcases, bed sheets, towels and tea towels. The family bathroom has a large shower unit and separate WC.
The living area is very large with plenty of seating options, a TV, DVD with a selection of DVDs, Freesat TV channels, games and plenty of things to entertain on a rainy day. There is a dining area with a table and seating.
Fully fitted kitchen with all the facilities of anyone’s kitchen at home including full size fridge with freezer box, full cooker, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
New carpets and curtains were fitted throughout for the 2023 season.
The gas supply is mains, so there is no bottle changing. The cost of gas and electric is included in the cost, but we would gratefully ask that you be mindful of its usage.
Bookings
Holidays can be of any length with a minimum number of 3 nights.
Please ASK if you can't see your date available.
Absolutely, NO smoking in the caravan.
BBQs are to be lit on the patio slabs at the side of the caravan away from the caravan, and outside furniture.
Finally, we ask that you leave our caravan in the same condition as you found it, so that it is ready for the next occupant and therefore keeping prices down.

Butlin’s Minehead has fantastic entertainment with top star names and quieter venues for relaxing evenings.Price includes four wristbands for all of the entertainment and facilities that you would get on a normal Butlin’s break.
There has been a brand NEW Sky Park installed for Summer 2024, plus FREE funfair rides, a massive indoor & outdoor water world, big choice of takeaway restaurants including Burger King, Chop Stix, Papa John’s Pizza, and Costa Coffee.
Just outside the resort is an amazing sandy beach and the main town centre is only a short walk along the seafront area.
You are also within walking distance of three major supermarkets.
