Caravan Description

Our ‘silver’ graded holiday caravan on Haven’s Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village, is situated in a quiet area near the lakes and just a short walk from the main complex.

Our family owned holiday caravan has its own car parking space, with a fully laid path to the decked steps into the caravan.

The caravan comprises a fully fitted, modern kitchen with built-in microwave, gas cooker, integrated fridge and separate full size freezer. It also benefits from a toaster, kettle, air fryer and slow cooker, all aimed at making cooking easier for you during your stay. You will also find a highchair stored in the wardrobe should you need it.

The large lounge and dining area has a 40” TV with built-in DVD player and Freeview, plus a modern electric feature fire should you get a little chilly in the evenings. There are French doors opening onto the decked veranda, which has a table and chairs for relaxing in the sunshine.

FREE Wi-Fi is also available.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, Freeview TV and ample storage, with built-in wardrobes and cupboards aplenty. It also benefits from having an en-suite with a large enclosed shower, hand basin and toilet. A hairdryer is provided too and there is ample space for a travel cot, should you need to bring one (not supplied).

The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds and a wardrobe.

All bedrooms have plenty of pillows and mattresses, all covered with protectors - please don't remove these! Quilts are provided (1 x king, 1 x double, 4 x single), but guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels.

In addition to the bedrooms, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area to make it up to the 8 berths.

Bookings & Conditions

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited.

We DO NOT accept single sex groups, i.e. hen/stag parties.

We require a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates.

The final balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Should the balance not be paid, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and the deposit will not be refunded.

A £75 caravan security bond will also be required and payable with the final balance. This bond will be returned within 7 days of the end of your holiday, providing the caravan is left clean, tidy and damage free (we understand accidents happen, so don't worry about minor breakages, but please do let us know of any damage immediately and we will come to an agreement).

Local Attractions

Burnham-on-Sea has a lovely town centre, which is only a short walk along the promenade that you will find just outside the park. There are pubs, cafés and restaurants, together with gift shops, ice cream parlours and many more shops. There are several well-known supermarkets in the local area too with some offering delivery to the site for your convenience.

A short drive away there is Weston-Super-Mare, Brean Leisure Park, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Clarke's Shopping Village to name just a few!!
