Caravan Description

Beautiful modern styled swift surfshack 8 berth holiday caravan for hire on Haven's Burnham-on-sea Holiday Village in Somerset.

My caravan for hire on Burnham-on-sea Holiday Village, is fully double glazed and central heated.

It has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and wall-mounted TV. The 2 twin bedrooms each have 2 single beds and a wardrobe. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, so the caravan will comfortably sleep 8 guests.

All pillows and duvets are provided, but you will need to bring your own linen (quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases etc.) as well as towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full size gas oven/hob, dishwasher, full size integrated fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, utensils, 8 cups plates bowls glasses and wine glasses.

The living area has a dining table and chairs, a sofa (sofa bed), arm chair, coffee table with soft stools, gas fire and large Smart TV.

The caravan has two bathrooms, one with a toilet and hand basin and one with a toilet, wash basin and shower.

Our caravan is situated in Chestnut Grove; specifically selected by us as it's next to an end of road car park, so no through traffic or noisy guests late at night from the entertainment venue. Parking is next (or close to) our caravan, which has slabbed walkway so there's no walking over grass (very muddy in wet weather) to enter or exit the caravan.

We are also just a 5 minute walk from the main complex, a 1 minute walk from the fishing lakes and a 10 minute walk from the beach.


Bookings

I ensure that the price I charge is less than booking with Haven directly, but you still get the great Haven experience and you have direct contact with me, the owner.

I also ask for a £100 refundable damage deposit, which will be returned within 5 working days of your departure, as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT provide play passes for the park, they are used for pools and entertainment venue only. You can use all other park facilities on site without the passes. However, they can easily be purchased if required, directly from Haven
