Caravan Description
New for 2025 , all bedding and towels supplied for your stay
Spacious 3 bedroom, ABI Sunningdale caravan to let on Seton Sands Holiday Village in East Lothian, complete with French doors that open out onto a veranda, plus parking available alongside.
Within the caravan we have an LCD TV, wi-fi, a full size integrated fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, all utensils and crockery, plus an iron and ironing board.
The caravan has a master double bedroom with en-suite and plenty of cupboard space, along with two twin bedrooms, so it will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.
Duvets and pillows are supplied, but bed linen and sheets are not so you will need to bring with you.
Please bring your own towels too.
In addition to the en-suite there is a large shower room with shower and wash basin.
Outside we have a table and 4 chairs.
Bookings
A £100 deposit is required upon booking to secure your dates.
The full balance must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival.
The initial £100 deposit will then be used as your security deposit, which will be refunded once the holiday home has been checked following your departure and everything found to be in order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
Week stays are from Friday to Friday.
If booking more than one week then please get in touch as a discount can be applied.
Location
Seton Sands Holiday Village might well be one of Haven’s prettiest parks – it's small but perfectly formed. Plus you'll see glorious views over the Firth of Forth, crossed by the seriously impressive Forth railway bridge (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
Haven fun passes would be required to access the entertainment facilities and swimming.
These are available to be purchased onsite.
As the name suggests, Seton Sands Holiday Village super-close to the beach, with acres of soft sand on hand. In the main park, there is fun to be had in the heated indoor pool. When you dry off, you can try our 9-hole golf course. Or take a trip into Edinburgh, which is practically next door - the number 26 bus runs 24 hours a day to the centre of Edinburgh.
