Caravan Description

Our caravan at Seton Sands Holiday Park, benefits from having a gated decking with patio furniture, plus ample room for two cars at the side of the caravan.

We welcome small dogs. Please advise what breed and size your dog is when booking.

The caravan has two toilets, one with shower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the usual pots, pans etc., along with a fridge with ice box; full size gas cooker with electric ignition, grill and oven; a slow cooker; microwave; and toastie machine. Tea towels, washing up liquid and dishcloths are provided for your stay.

In the dining area is a free-standing table with fixed seating and two stools.

The living room has a wraparound seating area with ottoman in the middle, plus a tray for your drinks. There’s also a gas fire, a TV unit with 37” TV and DVD player, plus DVDs and games for children.

We also offer FREE unlimited Wi-Fi (speeds cannot be guaranteed).

The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside shelf with bedside lamps, and a wardrobe with shelf and hanging rail. The two twin bedded rooms each a bedside shelf with lamp, and small wardrobe with hanging rail. All bed linen is supplied, and beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

Our maximum number of guests is 8. We have one double room (2 guests) two twin rooms (2 guests in each) and a sofa bed in the living room (2 guests).

When sending an enquiry, please state the number of adults and ages of children.


Please Note

Soaps for sinks and all bath and hand towels are included in the cost of your stay. Bath towels are for caravan use only, so please bring your own towels for the beach and swimming.

We also supply cleaning products, toilet rolls (extra under sink), a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, mop and bucket, small brush and pan, a long handled brush and a window airer.


Bookings & Conditions

We have a strict NO smoking and NO vaping policy in the caravan, but you can smoke outside.

Haven are keeping their registration in place, therefore we must pass on information from our bookings. The information that Haven require is as follows:

Names of adults
Number and ages of children (infants 0-3)(children4-15 years)(16 classed as adult)
Valid email address
Car registration number
Date of arrival and pre-selected time slot
Date of departure – departure time 11am

A £60 deposit is payable at time of booking. In the event of guests’ cancellation, this is non-refundable. The full balance of your stay must be received 6 weeks prior to your stay.

The initial £60 deposit will then be used as a security deposit. This is fully refundable 48 hours after departure, as long as the caravan has been left as found and sustained no stains, breakages, loss or damage.

We offer short breaks from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. Weekly breaks commence on Monday or Friday

We can only accept bookings for families and couples. Haven do not allow us to accept bookings from groups of young people or all adult single sex groups, including hen or stag parties.

We cannot let to commercial businesses, their representatives or staff working for them. Should we be made aware of this your booking will be cancelled. Should you book regardless, without telling us and are refused entry to the park, no refund will be issued in this situation.

No branded vehicles are allowed on site and will be refused at the gate.

I manage the caravan myself, so I know it is set to the highest standard of cleanliness for all our guests.

Our caravan is not suitable for charging electric vehicles. This can be done at the car park opposite the security gate.

Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 11am. We insist that all guests adhere to these times to allow us plenty of time to clean the caravan before the next guests arrive.
