Our beautifully presented, Silver grade caravan is located in quiet area of Seton Sands Holiday Village, sitting on the front line and boasting a direct sea view - enjoy your morning latte or herbal tea on our veranda, watching the sun rise.
Sited in a premium location with direct sea view, our modern, 6-berth caravan on Seton Sands Holiday Village, is the perfect getaway for couples and families.
We’re in a perfect location for golfers and walkers, or families just wishing to explore the City of Edinburgh.
The main master bedroom has a double-size bed, a small walk-in wardrobe and a small TV. It also boats and en-suite, with a toilet, basin and towel rail.
The second and third bedrooms each have 2 caravan-sized single beds, plus storage.
The main bathroom comprises a shower, toilet, basin and towel rail.
Within the lounge you’ll find a corner comfy sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a Smart 50'' TV, a Playstation 4 console and games, plus an electric fireplace.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, and also includes an air fryer, Nespresso coffee, dishwasher and a microwave if you are eating within the caravan. There is a small information pack in the lounge with takeaway menus.
The sliding doors to the front of the caravan, as well as main door, open out to a generous decking area with a number of seats so you can sit outside when the weather is nice. The area to the side of the caravan can be a real sun trap.
The caravan has its own parking space too.
We provide good-quality bed linen, with beds made up ready for your arrival. All bedding is changed and washed after every stay. We do not use fabric softeners, just gentle washing powders. All bedding is also ironed and towels are tumble-dried.
A bath towel for each guest is provided, plus a hand towel in the bathroom and a bath mat.
We also provide a machine, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. A travel cot can be provided on request.
A welcome basket of coffee, tea, milk, sugar and soap will greet you.

About the Area
Haven’s Seton Sands Holiday Village is family-friendly holiday village offering access to a heated swimming pool, daily entertainment in the shower and many attractions. Haven entertainment passes are not included in our rental prices, but they can be purchased once full payment has been made and I have registered your arrival with Haven. Alternatively, they can be purchased from Reception once you arrive.Our guests can use the heated swimming pool with slides, rent go-karts or bicycles, watch shows in the shower, and use 9 hole golf course. There are plenty other activities for various age groups, every day too, including trampolines, climbing wall, archery, making sand bottles, painting stones, walking group etc. There is also a restaurant, takeaway and a shop on site, plus a launderette.
It is just a one minute walk from our caravan to the main buildings. A five minute walk will find you at the sandy beach (across the road) and just a ten minute walk away is the park’s own golf course.
Right at the gates of the Park, and just a 30 second walk from our caravan, is a bus stop, with a fantastic network for days out - and very reasonable prices. Bus number 26 takes you directly to Edinburg city centre. The timetable is at the bus stop and online.
