Caravan Description
We have a beautiful, 3 bedroom, 6 berth, privately owned caravan (with decking) for hire at Haven's Seton Sands Holiday Village in East Lothian, Scotland.
Our Silver rated caravan for hire at Seton Sands Holiday Village, is located in a quiet cul-de-sac (Archerfield) within the ‘Golf Village’ area of the park.
Our caravan is a Willerby Brockenhurst 38ft x 12ft Static caravan, with French doors leading out from the living area to an enclosed decking area with outdoor rattan effect furniture.
There is also a spacious outside patio area to the side of the caravan, with a table, parasol and 6 chairs + a large family gas BBQ available for our guests to use.
We also provide an outdoor Basketball hoop, swing ball, football goals and go-carts available to use within the large outside
garden area.
Our caravan has full double glazing and gas central heating throughout.
Within our main living area there is a 42'' Smart TV, DVD/ Blu-Ray player, X-Box 360 (Kinect + games) and Digital radio/CD player. There is also a selection of board games, jigsaws and card games available for all the family to enjoy. Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge (Wi-Fi is via a TP-Link device).
We have a fully equipped kitchen, with all utensils and dish towels provided. There is a gas oven/cooker, microwave, air fryer, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine and large fridge freezer. Tea, coffee, sugar and condiments are also provided. There is a dining area with table + 4 chairs (High Chair available on request).
There are 3 bedroom's within the caravan (2 twin + 1 double).Bed linen will be provided, with beds made for arrival. All 3 bedrooms are fitted with TV's and DVD players, with a large selection of DVD's provided for all the family.
There is a family shower room with WC and a second separate WC (hand towels provided).
There is strictly no smoking or vaping within the caravan, patio and decking areas.
Also, we do not allow any Stag or Hen parties. And, unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
PLAY PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED in price, but can be purchased online or from reception. (please see Haven website for prices) - please note- some activities may have additional charges.
PLEASE NOTE: an additional £100 refundable security bond will be added to the advertised price (refunded after your holiday, following caravan check).

About the Area
Setons Sands Holiday Village is a family park with activities and facilities for all age groups. Our caravan is a short walk to the main complex.
Play passes provide access to the indoor swimming pool, baby pool, and fun pool with slides (height restrictions may apply), Aqua Inflatables, kayaking, water walkers, turbo paddlers etc.
Outdoor activities including a Climbing Wall, NERF Training Camp, Football Kickabout, Dodgeball, Junior Segway's, Bungee Trampoline, Archery Coaching, 9 Hole Golf Course, Foot Golf, Kart Hire, Bike Hire etc. There is also a "Ranger Station" on park with activities such as: Den Building, Fire lighting Techniques, Coastal Exploring, Nature Trails, Water Safety, Pond Dipping, Bug Hunts etc. There is also a large outdoor play park on site, and a beautiful beach opposite the park.
(Please note, most activities have additional charges not included with the Play Pass price).
The main Showbar within the venue, provides daily entertainment, including kids clubs, adult bingo, family bingo, evening family entertainment + visiting live acts etc and has a "Fun Store" selling Haven characters merchandise. There is also an Amusements area within the main complex with Arcades, Slot Machines, Claw Machines, Coin Dozers, Air Hockey, VR Rides etc.
The "Boatie Blest" Restaurant within the main complex serves up delicious dishes throughout the day, with an outside terrace to enjoy a meal or drink. If you fancy a fish supper to enjoy next to the sea, there is an onsite Chip Shop located at the main entrance to the complex. There is an onsite mini-market shop, which is open daily stocked with everyday essentials, meals, drinks, snacks + souvenirs etc. You can also find the laundrette next door to the mini-market.
Seton Sands Holiday Village is located on the beautiful East Lothian coast, overlooking the Firth of Forth, with many beaches and golf courses nearby. There are also a number of nearby shops, pubs, restaurants + takeaways in the local surrounding areas.
The park is 15 miles from Scotland's Historical Capital City of Edinburgh. With visitor attractions such as Edinburgh Zoo, Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, National Museum of Scotland, National Galleries of Scotland, Royal Yacht Britannia, Dynamic Earth and Arthur's seat, with many more additional sights to see. The park is also an ideal location for those looking to visit the world's largest performance arts festival, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, which runs from 2nd August to 26th August 2024.
There is a direct bus into Edinburgh from the front of the park (Lothian Buses number 26), and there are nearby train stations at Prestonpans and Longniddry, with trains running to Edinburgh Waverly Station.
There are also many other attractions to enjoy out with the busy city centre of Edinburgh, such as Deep Sea World (North Queensferry), East Links Family Park (Dunbar), Dalkeith Country Park (Dalkeith) and the National Museum of Flight (North Berwick).
Whether you decide to stay on park, or venture off park, there are plenty activities and attractions to make your stay memorable at our much loved Holiday home at Seton Sands.
