Privately owned, much loved and well looked after mobile home for sale on Holiday Green in Fréjus, south of France. Only used for family pleasure.

We are reluctantly selling after 30+ plus years of holidays at this beautiful location.

Our mobile home for sale on Holiday Green, boasts Many home comforts, including air conditioning, an electric fire, small TV screen, gas cooker, microwave oven, slow cooker, electric BBQ, reclining sun chairs, inside and outside fridge freezer, outside shed and storage box and a clothes airer.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the sale includes all saucepans, tableware, cutlery, glassware etc., along with gardening equipment, maintenance tools.

All bedroom windows have mosquito/roller blinds and curtains and the bed linen and towels are also included in the sale.

The outside area has parking for one car which doesn’t encroach on the garden area. It has a tree lined garden area making it private from passers by. This garden is also in the full sun and there is an outside table, chairs, sun umbrella and lay-flat sun lounger on a levelled gravel ground. In the main garden space at the front of the mobile home, you can find shade under the beautiful pine trees that Holiday Green is filled with. It has a large decked area with a dining table and chairs and sun parasol. Outside of the deck in the main garden is another gravel area, large enough for lounging chairs and BBQs.

The inside of the mobile home consists of a spacious open plan living area comprising the lounge, dining area, with table and chairs, and kitchen. The sofa seating area folds out to make a comfortable extra double bed.

Bedroom one has a double bed with plenty of wardrobe and storage space, a bedside table with a lamp either side of the bed and a lovely vanity area at the foot of the bed.

Bedroom two is a twin room with two single beds, wardrobe space, a bedside table in the middle of the twin beds and a vanity area at the foot of the beds.

There is also a fully functioning shower room with a separate toilet.



Location

Our mobile home for sale on the French Riviera, is situated on one of the most luxurious campsites on the Côte d'Azur, Holiday Green; a 5-star resort and campsite set in the most beautiful pine forest.

Holiday Green offers a non-stop, fully inclusive entertainment itinerary that runs during the months of April to September, from morning until night. There’s a kids’ club and teens club; a restaurant with amazing views offering everything from pizzas and meats to fish and pastas; two relaxed pool bars which offer crepes, ice creams and refreshments; and an outside bar which is where the live music and shows happen.

There is a huge pool complex too, including heated pools, indoor pools, water slides and a brand new outdoor aquatic park with slides for all the family. Prefer to swim at the beach? Holiday Green is just 7km from the stunning Mediterranean coastline.

Holiday Green also runs a free bus service to Fréjus Plage during high season.

With a supermarket, shop, spa, launderette, play park and indoor gym, Holiday Green has absolutely everything you need for the perfect holiday.

The local area also provides plenty of things to do should you wish to explore. There’s a golf course just 7km away, or you can hire pedalos/kayaks at the natural beauty that is Lac Casien, just a 20 minute drive. The exquisite coastline boasts St Tropez, just 35km in one direction, and Cannes which is 37km in the other direction.

You can even spend the day in Monaco and travel the roads of the Grand Prix track!
