Sadly, I have to sell my beautiful, cosy mobile home on Holiday Green in Fréjus, South of France, complete with air conditioning and heating.

My much loved mobile home for sale on Holiday Green, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singe beds, all with new mattresses.

The lounge has a seating and dining area, along with a double sofa bed and TV.

The nice kitchen includes a gas hob/oven, a fridge freezer and microwave.

The mobile home has a bathroom with shower, and a small toilet room, both with wash basin.

A Hoover is also included.

Outside there is a lovely, large wooden terrace with table, chairs, loungers and an outside fridge. It is also partly covered for shade from the morning and afternoon sun. The terrace has outside lights and an electric connection.

Situated in a beautiful pine forest, my mobile home for sale on Holiday Green, is situated in a very quiet position surrounded by pine trees and shrubs, and has no one looking in.

Wi-fi is available at the mobile home, but you will need to buy a card from reception.


Location

Holiday Green is about 7km from the town of Fréjus and the beaches. On site facilities include a spa; an Olympic size swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and sunbathing areas; a children's water park with paddling pool and an additional heated indoor pool with a children's slide; a playground; mini golf; floodlit tennis courts for hire; hard-court volleyball and football pitches; a pétanque ground offering tournaments throughout the high season; archery; table tennis; a games room with Internet access; plus mountain bike rental.

There is also a restaurant, bar, takeaway and ice cream kiosk, as well as a supermarket, newsagent/boutique and launderette.

The on-site restaurant and bar offers live entertainment, karaoke and bingo nights, plus outdoor shows held in high season. There is lots of fun and games for all ages.

In July and August the campsite offers a free shuttle service to the local beach and there are also children's clubs for all ages.

Nearby places worth a visit include Aqualand, Fréjus Zoo, Waterworld, Marineland in Antibes, St Tropez, Nice, Monaco and Cannes. Grand markets are held in Fréjus every Sunday.
