Our caravan for sale on River Valley Country Park in Relubbus, is fully equipped and ready for occupation.

French doors open from the lounge onto the decking, which fronts the beautiful River Hayle – and there’s no need to worry about safety of pets and children as the decking is secure, with fencing between the caravan and river.

Your new holiday home in Cornwall will be ready for occupation. It will come complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a 32” quality make TV in the lounge and a wall-mounted TV in the main bedroom, along with quilts, bed linen and pillows. Although we bought new bedding and quilts, we have always used sleeping bags the few times we've holidayed there.
The caravan has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double ottoman bed with Emma mattress, plus an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The second bedroom has twin single beds.

In the lounge there is a 3 seat sofa (which converts into a further double bed) and a 2 seat sofa.

In addition to the en-suite there's a main bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

For your peace of mind, safety checks, a landlord certificate and a boiler service are all current.

Location

River Valley Country Park is in Relubbus, which is found between Penzance and Helston, and within easy reach of St Michael's Mount, St. Ives, Mousehole, the Lizard Peninsula and so much more. The Isles of Scilly are well worth a visit too.

You'll be delighted at the myriad of sights and activities in this beautiful area of Cornwall has on offer. Spectacular coves and beaches are just a 10 minute or so car ride away, or a good walk if that's what you love to do.

River Valley Country Park itself is in a tranquil, riverside setting - nature and wildlife lovers won't be disappointed. Go onto Google and check out River Valley Country Park and I'm sure you'll love what you see.
