There are two bedrooms, one large double and a twin bedded room, along with a pull-out double bed in the lounge.

Outside we have a very large double patio. The front patio area comes with sun loungers, a 4 place dining table with hide away chairs, and a large outside cooking station with BBQ plancher (hot plate), double hob and portable electric oven. There is a large range of crockery and cooking utensils included too. There is also a storage box for beach items, chairs and parasols. This patio is flagged, but has been covered with artificial grass for comfort, and there are 2 large sun parasols and sun kites when needed. We normally get the sun from sunrise until mid-afternoon. The end patio has a patio set comprising of 2 armchairs, a double settee and small table storage box for cushions. This patio is decked and has a large storage box with a washing machine and a fridge we use for cold drinks.

Behind the mobile home is a large shed and a fridge freezer, with more parasols and some gardening tools, along with a washing line.

Location

Holiday Green is set in a lovely pine forest about 6km from the historic towns of Fréjus and St Raphael on the coast, with top class beaches and great restaurants and café bars. Each town has its own port with some large sailing yachts.

Holiday Green is also about a one hour drive from Saint Tropez, a 40 minute drive from Cannes. A little further is Nice and the airport.

There are also many beautiful villages within a short drive of Holiday Green, and of course the amazing Gorge du Verdon.

In high summer (July/August) there is a free bus to Fréjus beach and back 6 days a week, and just outside the site is the bus stop for the regular, local bus services.
