This comfortable 3 bedroom caravan on Sandhills Holiday Park, benefits from having lovely panoramic views of Culver Downs and a view of the sea through the trees.

It is fully equipped and includes a spacious kitchen, comfortable lounge, 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Outside we have a deck with rattan furniture, along with a parking space next to the caravan.

Our caravan offers easy access to the beach, which has cafés that are usually open in the summer season.

There are 3 bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the front room. There are small oil filled electric heaters that can be moved around and a gas fire in the front room that was serviced this year.

The kitchen has a fridge, gas cooker, microwave and all the utensils and equipment needed for 6 or more people, along with a kettle and toaster.

Outside there is lock up storage which holds equipment such as a bbq and beach chairs etc.

All contents are included in the sale, with a new hoover and microwave having only been added this year.

All bedding (duvets, pillows and mattress protectors) are also included in the sale. Sheets and covers are not included).

Location


Sandhills Holiday Park is a lovely, well-positioned site, within close proximity of Bembridge and Sandown on the beautiful Isle of Wight. On site you will find a shop, Reception and little shop, as well as laundry facilities.

Nearby are several pubs and Bembridge has several places to eat and drink. It also boasts an excellent butcher, a fish monger, farm shop and a supermarket with a Post Office.

Sandown Bay is a 10 minute drive away and boasts amazing sandy beaches and a good selection of cafés, restaurants and shops, as well as a Dinosaur Museum, a Wildlife Trust and family activities.

The beautiful Isle of Wight has loads to offer; great walks, beaches with water sports, cycle tracks and family attractions.
