This 38ft x 12ft caravan is in excellent order and includes 12 personal club memberships. The licence for the caravan finishes on 1st December 2030, giving you 8 seasons with this year (2023). These are the original years with no extra years being added after Covid.

We are asking for £32,000, this is for everything all the contents too. The caravan is available from 15th September 2023.

This is a big, chunky three bedroom caravan with double glazing and central heating. It has one entry door that leads you in to the open plan kitchen, dining area and living room.

The living area is a lovely big area giving a large family plenty of living space. The huge seating area is spotlessly clean and looks like new as we keep it covered for good hygiene, we also cover the arms so no wear and tear. The height of the cushions makes it easier to get the covers on & off, which was one of the reasons we bought this caravan for our mature years.
Underneath the seats is a fold out double bed, which we haven’t used, providing you with another sleeping area. There is Wi-Fi in the caravan.

Three bedrooms consist of a large double bedroom with an en-suite and two twin bedrooms. The large double bedroom is at the back of the caravan with an en-suite, there is also a wall mounted TV/DVD, lots of leg room when getting changed and a mattress topper giving lots of protection on top. The two further bedrooms, both with twin beds, have a wardrobe and top cupboards above the beds. All beds have had mattress protectors covering them, so are stain free.

A decent sized hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms can accommodate your coats.

A second bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower are just down the hall.

Outside is a front and side sundeck with a gate, a table & 6 chairs, and a storage box.

Everything is run on electric; it truly is an amazing system. We will pay for an electric test when you buy the caravan, to put your mind at rest.

All contents are included in the sale including clean bedding, so no need to buy and furnishings. We Everything will be in working order from the date sold and receive the keys.

We have had a bottom enclosure fitted round the bottom of the caravan to keep out the cold and reduce the heating cost during the winter months.

You will need to purchase insurance as this is a park requirement of Hoburne Bashley. There is no finance on the this static caravan.
