This is a two bedroom Atlas Fanfare static caravan situated on a lovely 200m2 plot on the family friendly Camping La Halte de Mainville.

There was a new gas boiler installed in 2019 (receipt and documents are available), it has had very little use in the past three years.

Also being sold along with the caravan is all the bedding, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, microwave, fridge & stove.




Location

This holiday park is in a great location situated just an hour away from Paris, Disneyland Paris (Euro Disney) & Reims, just under three hours away is Calais.

The park amenities include an outdoor swimming pool with a separate wading pool, tennis court, fishing lake, Boules pitch, games room and laundry room.

The supermarket, petrol station, shops and restaurants are all within a 5-10 minute drive.

Nearby places for you to explore are Centre Parcs, Axo Plage, Parc Asterix and beautiful towns such as Compiegne, Beauvais, St Quentin, Soissons, Chantilly, Senlis, Villers-Cotterets & Noyon.
