It is with much regret that we are selling our beautiful mobile home on Camping Holiday Green in Fréjus on the beautiful Côte d'Azur.

Having been retired a good few years now, we’ve decided to holiday nearer home.

Our mobile home for sale on Holiday Green, is situated in a quiet spot down a cul-de-sac, so there is no passing traffic, making it very safe for children. It is also within walking distance of all the facilities, yet far enough away from the noise.

The mobile home has two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room, plus a bed settee in the living area, so it will comfortably sleep six people.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooking dishes, iron etc., so ready for you to enjoy straight away.

There is a lovely large shower room and a separate toilet.

The whole mobile home is light and airy, with double doors opening from the living room onto a large patio. On the patio is a table, chairs, sun loungers, cooking facilities and an outside fridge for ease when relaxing on the patio. All of this is included in the sale.

The mobile home also has air conditioning and a brand new boiler that was installed in 2022.
It has its own parking space alongside too.

Our mobile home for sale on Holiday Green is ideally located in Fréjus on the beautiful Côte d'Azur in the South of France.

Holiday Green a 5* holiday and spa complex built on several different levels in a pine forest, at the foot of Provence and just 4 miles inland from the fashionable resort and beaches of Frejus.

It is a very well-equipped family campsite providing a lively entertainment programme, which centres around the magnificent swimming pool complex. There is a large (heated) pool, with its own separate shallow toddlers’ pool, a covered pool, slide and 2 jacuzzis. Also, a fairly new water feature which the children love. You can pamper yourself in the very glamorous spa on site too.

Other facilities on site include a launderette, games room, boules court, football, gym etc., along with a very useful supermarket, which bakes fresh baguettes twice daily.

Camping Holiday Green is ideal for people of all ages. If you have children, be warned - they won’t want to leave the site as there is too much going on.

It’s also ideal as a base from which to explore all that the South of France has to offer as it is within easy reach of many famous places you may have heard of, but not visited, i.e. Monaco, Cannes, Port Grimaud, Nice and many, many beautiful, quiet mountain villages .
