Set in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan landscape and surrounded by woodland with tiered mobile home plots – our park is open all year and has the advantages a bar, mini market, restaurant / takeaway, laundrette, children’s play area and outdoor swimming pool (subject to seasonal opening times). There is also another fantastic restaurant just outside the park gates and within close proximity you can walk to bars, a pizzeria, shops, banks and the local bus stop or a taxi can be available upon request. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes’ drive away and the nearest train station is just 2km away which provides direct access to Pisa and Florence.
Try before you buy 2 nights ‘try before you buy’ stays available with the cost of your stay (up to 150€) refunded if purchase completed. Subject to availability and T’s & C’s.
Subletting permitted – with a fully managed 50/50 letting package available: e.g.
8 weeks rental during high season (800€ per week) = 6,400€
8 weeks rental during mid - low season (300€ per week) = 2,400€
Total = 8,800€
Costs of electricity, water used, cleaning etc = circa 800€.
This gives a return of approximately 4,000€ (after letting charge for bookings, check in and check out, key handover etc.)
Annual ground rent = 2,750€ - so you can start to recoup your holiday home outlay and keep using the home during vacant times in the meantime.
