Caravan Description

Family-owned, 3 bedroom, 6 berth holiday home with decking available to hire at Haggerston Castle Holiday Park, near Berwick-upon-Tweed. Situated close to the main complex on West Lawn, our holiday home is only a short 2-minute walk from the amenities and activities.

Our accommodation has free wifi throughout and comprises of 3 bedrooms; one double bedroom with a 22" Smart TV and two twin bedrooms (4 single beds). There is a main family bathroom with shower and a separate second toilet.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer and a full-size gas cooker, along with everything else you may need.

The open plan lounge and dining area includes a 43" Smart TV, DVD player with a large selection of family DVDs, books, card and board games, and a Wii console with games.

The exterior has a large enclosed decking area with rattan seating, a paddling pool and outdoor games, with space to play directly outside of the caravan. There is also private, off-street parking.

HIRE ITEMS & EXTRAS
We will provide bed linen for one double bed and four single beds (includes duvet covers, fitted sheets, and pillowcases), plus two hand towels and a bath mat. Beds will be made up for your arrival. Guests who have not hired our bed linen must bring their own.

Please note: we do not provide bath towels, swim towels, tea towels or bed linen for the travel cot.

CARAVAN AND PARK RULES
Sorry, we do not allow any guest pets — please be advised our accommodation is not suitable for pet allergy sufferers. Due to park rules, we cannot accept same-sex party groups (stags or hens), or bookings where all guests are under the age of 21.

PLAY PASSES
We cannot purchase Play Passes on behalf of guests and have no connection to Haven. All holidays are sold as self-catered accommodation only and we cannot guarantee that the complex or park facilities will always be open and available for your stay. Private lettings guests will have the opportunity to purchase Play Passes online and to pre-book activities, swimming and restaurant tables in advance of arrival (subject to availability).
