Spacious, double glazed, central heated lodge overlooking the golf course with a large gated decking in a secluded part of Haggerston Castle.

Our beautiful, spacious lodge (40ft x 20ft) is situated in a quiet, secluded position overlooking the golf course at Haggerston Castle. The lodge is double glazed & centrally heated and is just a short walk away from the golf course, clubhouse & cafe, children's play area & putting green.
The spacious lounge and dining area looks out onto the garden area & golf course beyond. It has two comfortable sofas, chair & footstool, with coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is high class dining furniture with 6 chairs.
A fully fitted kitchen provides everything you need for an enjoyable stay from microwave, oven to crockery, cutlery, iron and toaster etc.
We have a master bedroom with a large en-suite with a full size bath and overhead shower, toilet & basin. There is a king size bed with spacious wardrobes and dressing table, TV & hair dryer, plus plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has two full sized single divans & plenty of storage space. The large shower room with toilet and basin can be accessed from this room and from the hall. You can find a sofa bed in the lounge.
Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels & tea towels etc.. Duvets & pillows are provided (please note: King size duvet cover required for main bedroom).
Outside there is a large wrap-around secure, gated wood decking for children to play safely. There are tables and seating on decking. The lodge is surrounded with a large grassed area, ideal for children to play on, there is also a garden seat. There are no neighbours to the left, only grassed area and some bushes. Entry to the lodge is via private gated road (entry gained by key code) which makes it very private and safe for children. There are two parking spaces beside lodge.
Please note: You will not need to queue for keys to the lodge at reception.
How to book
A £50 deposit required to secure booking ( this will be deducted from total cost of holiday, which is due 6 weeks before arrival) Instalments are available. I also need to charge a £75.00 damage deposit. This will be returned to you once the lodge has been checked and found to be clean, tidy and undamaged.
Gas & electric are included in the rental price.
Non-refundable deposit of £50 to secure your booking.
No refund of final payment within 6 weeks of your holiday (I strongly suggest obtaining travel holiday insurance).
I, the owner, reserve the right to re-hire my lodge if the final payment is not receive within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday and your deposit will be lost.
NO animals allowed in the lodge.
NO smoking in the lodge.
Bikes & scooters must not be taken inside of the lodge.
Only two cars allowed at the lodge (two parking bays at the lodge).
NO BBQs allowed on the wooden veranda (this is a fire risk) they can be used on the grassed area.
NO same sex groups under the age of 25 (park rules).
The lodge must be left in the same condition as you found it.
Please wash & put away all dishes, etc, empty all bins and contents are to be disposed of in large bins on the road in front of No.14.
Only people have listed when booking are allowed to stay in my lodge (maximum of 6 people). Anyone else WILL be sked to leave.
If you have been asked to leave by myself or any holiday park staff, for any reason, you will not receive a refund of any money paid.
