Caravan Description
We have a 6 berth caravan for hire on Haggerston Castle Holiday Park, in the Lakeside East area.
The caravan has two bedrooms, one spacious double with ample room for a travel cot, and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have a selection of wardrobes and drawers. All bed linen is provided and beds will be made up before your arrival.
The bedroom area is separated from the living area by a door, which leads to a large passage way where there are two storage cupboards housing brush mop, vacuum cleaner, ironing board etc.
The bathroom contains a shower enclosure, toilet and hand basin.
The fully fitted kitchen is filled with all the essentials, from cutlery and crockery to a fridge freezer and sandwich toaster.
The separate lounge/dining area has a large seating area with a dining table and plenty of under seat storage, housing a selection of children's toys. There is also a pull out double bed in the lounge, a flat screen TV/DVD player with Freeview and a good selection of family films/TV series and children's DVDs, along with a gas fire for those chilly evenings.
Outside, a patio set provides outdoor seating and there is a parking space for a car.
All gas and electricity is included in the price.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 non-returnable deposit is required within 7 days of booking to secure your dates.
The holiday will need to be paid in full 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Flexible payments will be accepted to spread the cost of the holiday.
A £50 breakage deposit will be added to the total cost of the holiday. This will be returned within 7 days of departure, in full if there are no breakages, or minus the cost of replacing breakages.
If the holiday is cancelled prior to 6 weeks before the start of the break, any payments received will be returned, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Breaks are Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday or Friday to Friday.
Activity passes are not included in the hire price, but can be purchased at reception.
No more than 6 people and 1 baby/toddler can stay in the caravan at one time.

About the Area
The caravan is situated on Lakeside East, which is centrally situated a five minute walk away from the entertainment complex in one direction and a 9 hole golf course, café, children's park and Chinese Restaurant in the other direction.Haggerston Castle is a five star award winning site. There is an entertainment complex where you will find the live lounge with family entertainment available 7 nights a week. The Mash and Barrel serves meals from breakfast time until late, and is also the place for a quiet drink.
There is also a fish and chip shop, Burger King and Papa John's if you don't fancy cooking, along with an amusement arcade and a swimming pool all together under one roof.
For an extra charge there is horse riding, crazy golf, 9 hole golf course, boat and bike hire, a children's rope climb activity course, gym and spa. There are also outdoor activities for children with Ranger Steve.
Haggerston Castle is 10 minutes from Berwick Train station, Berwick town centre, Holy Island, Bamburgh and Seahouses where boat trips to the Farne Islands can be booked.
Thirty minutes away is Alnwick Castle and Gardens and Edinburgh is an hour away.
Buses stop at the gates of the holiday park.
