Caravan Description
The Maridian lodge, lakefront position with a good sized private lakefront garden.
Two bedrooms, 4 berth, with fantastic views, and a private garden. The lodge is ideally located on a quiet, private spot on Lakefield just around a 5 minute walk from the main complex and it's abundance of facilities with the added bonus of quieter evenings, if preferred, at the lodge.
There is a private garden with a picnic bench, barbecue and a great view, also benefiting from a full wrap around balcony with 2 gated access points one to the front and another at the side to the garden. The balcony has a wicker chair set over looking the lake for a fantastic view, perfect for relaxing or watching the swans and ducks.
Fully central heated, double glazed and very spacious inside, it sleeps up to 4 people, stand alone furniture, living area has a corner suite with swivel chair, there is Freeview TV and DVD player, patio doors leading to balcony.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with a bath/shower, wash basin and WC. there is also has a separate family shower room with wash basin and WC.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dish washer, also included is an iron, ironing board and a hoover.
Bookings & Conditions
Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 10am. Guests can go straight to the caravan - there is no need to queue for check in at reception.
We offer full weeks from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday (7 nights) and short breaks from Monday to Friday (4 nights) or Friday to Monday (3 nights.
Gas and electric is included in the hire price.
We do supply quilts, pillows and mattress protectors. However, bed linen is not provided so you will need to bring your own (sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases.
Funworks complex passes are not included in the hire price, but can be purchased at Haven’s main reception.
Sorry no pets and no single gender or adult groups allowed (park rules.
Strictly no smoking allowed in this caravan.
A £50 damage bond is also required, which will be refundable via bank transfer upon check out and key return, once checks have been satisfied.
A £50 deposit is required per booking to secure a date (non-refundable).The full balance and damage bond is to be paid with cleared payment 6 weeks before your holiday start date. For late bookings (under 6 weeks) full payment must be received on booking, plus the £50 damage bond.

Haggerston Castle is location in Beal, Northumberland (TD15 2PA).This is a beautiful holiday park, situated next to the beautiful Northumberland coast just off the main A1, which is approximately 60 miles north of Newcastle and 60 miles south of Edinburgh.
Just some of the many places to visit locally include:
Holy Island (roughly a 10 minute drive), Northumberland villages towns and beaches, golf clubs, Bamburgh Castle, Seahouses, Paxton House, Farne Islands and Alnwick Castle & Gardens. Edinburgh and the castle is around an hour’s drive. The historic Elizabethan walled city of Berwick upon Tweed is around an 8 minute drive. St Cuthbert’s Cave, Pot-a-Doodle animal farm and the Cheviot Hills are approximately 10 miles away.
