Lodge Description
Our holiday lodge is situated in the Castlelake area of Haggerston Castle.
This lodge over looks lake on Castle lake area of Haggerston Castle lodge has open plan sitting room with wall mounted t.v. wall mounted fire, sofa bed, patio doors leading to decking area.
Small dining area with table and chairs, kitchen, has a small breakfast bar with stools, free standing microwave, washing machine, hob, extractor fan, oven, Fridge/Freezer. Iron and iron board.
The master bedroom, with en-suite shower room, has a dressing room and free view t.v.. The twin bedrooms each include a Freeview TV.
This is a non smoking, vaping holiday home, We allow small pets.
Bookings
To book our fantastic lodge we require a £75 non deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
On top of balance there is a £75 refundable damage deposit required.WHICH IS PAID BACK INTO YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS !!!!!
We do not supply fun works passes, Passes can be booked online after purchase passes you can book activities prior to arrival.
Our breaks are as follows:
Short breaks - Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday
Weekly breaks - Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday
We do not do weekly breaks from Saturdays

Deposits are non-refundable
If you cancel your holiday you will only be refunded half of what you have paid if the time period is outside of the 6 week bracket (less deposit).
No refunds will be given if holiday is cancelled within 6 weeks of the holiday start date.
BOOKINGS CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY OF ALTERNATIVELY TRAVEL INSURANCE SHOULD BE CLAIMED !!!!!
HOW TO BOOK - ITS SO EASY !!!
There are 3 options to book.
1. Less than 6 weeks away - full payment is due . If cancelled less than 6 weeks from the holiday date you may lose part or all of your holiday payment.
2. 6-12 weeks away you can pay a £75 deposit to secure your date. full payment is due 6 weeks before your holiday date. If you cancel after this date you may lose part or all of your holiday payment.
3. More than 12 weeks away - A £75 deposit is required to secure your date and full payment due 6 weeks before your holiday date or you can take advantage of our Direct Debit Payment facility and spread the cost of your holiday. Final balance is due at least 6 weeks before your holiday date. Please ask for more details on 07863200146
4. A £75 deposit secures your booking date. The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday date. If you cancel after this date you may lose part of all of your holiday payment.
5. This is strictly a no smoking holiday home. Any indication that smoking has taken place inside the home may result in the customer losing partial or full damages/cleaning deposit.
6. Slime making or using slime in the lodge is not permitted.
