Caravan Description

Our luxury, 8 berth, brand new 2022 Coworth caravan is bright, modern, with central heating and front decking.

We are ideally located on Tower Lawn directly in front of the horse stables and opposite the main complex. We are only a 1 minute walk from the shop, launderette, Italian gardens, boat lake and bike hire.

The caravan has full double glazing and gas central heating throughout. These have an electric fire in the main living area along with a 42” TV.

There is a shower room/WC, as well as a en-suite in double bedroom

The spacious main bedroom has a king size bed with a 32” TV & en-suite toilet.

There's also two twin bedrooms. Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to provide your own bed linen and towels for your stay. Tea towels always come in handy too. We can provide bedding at an extra cost of £10 per room.

In the kitchen we have a fridge, microwave, gas hob, grill and oven, kettle and toaster, along with all cutlery and crockery. We also provide a hoover, iron and bench top ironing board as well as some of the basic cleaning products (providing these haven't been removed by previous guests).

There is a picnic style seating area outside the caravan, next to horse stables & decking on the front + a drive big enough for 1 car.

The caravan is equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector for your safety.

Bookings & Conditions

To secure your holiday dates all we require is a £100 deposit. This is refundable upon successful inspection of the caravan for loss and/or damage and also that it has been left clean and tidy, just as it was found. Please note if holiday is cancelled, at any time, once the deposit has been paid, we will retain £50 to cover any loss of bookings. If we can re-book the date the deposit will be refunded.

The full balance for your stay is required 6 weeks before your arrival date. We do accept installments to make paying for your holiday easier to manage, just ask about our payment plan.

If full payment for the holiday is not received on time or the holiday is cancelled less than 6 weeks before your stay then £50 of your deposit will be kept to cover any loss of bookings. We understand that sometimes for reasons beyond your control you may have to cancel your holiday. If this happens 6 weeks before your stay and any money has been paid you will receive a full refund. If this happens less than 6 weeks before your stay you will receive half of any monies paid.

You can check in any time from 3pm, and you can bypass the queues at reception by collecting your key from the key safe attached to the caravan. We provide FREE early check in whenever possible. If our cleaner is finished the caravan before 3pm we will let you know and you can get in early at no extra cost.

Check out is by 10am to allow our cleaner plenty of time to get the caravan prepared for new guests. If caravan is not vacated by 10am you will lose £50 from your deposit. Our cleaner only has a limited amount of time in each caravan and failure to vacate by 10am may result in new guests not being able to check in on time.

Pass prices for the complex are not included in the price of your stay, but these can be obtained from the reception desk at various prices. Please contact haggerston on 01289 381333 for latest pass prices.

As this is our family caravan we do not allow smoking. If our cleaner suspects anybody has been smoking in our caravan (either by smell or evidence of ash) we will retain £50 of your deposit to pay for a deep clean.

Unfortunately site rules state that same sex parties are not allowed.

All we ask from our guests is that you please treat our caravan as you would your own home. We hope you enjoy your stay and have a great holiday.

We rent our caravan over the winter months as quiet breaks, including Christmas and New Year (weather permitting). All park facilities are closed but the caravan provides an excellent base for exploring the surrounding areas. The play parks in the Golf Village and touring area are still open.
