Boasting many features that include: large, lockable veranda looking out over the lake; double glazing and gas central heating; double patio doors leading to veranda with stunning lakeside views including beautiful patio furniture.
The 3 bedrooms, that sleep 6-8 people, include 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, plus there's 2 guest beds to use in the lounge area. All bedding (duvets and pillows) included, but bed linen is not provided.
Top quality furnishings includes large comfortable sofas, comtemporary dining area, modern fixtures and fittings and TVs in lounge and all bedrooms inc DVDs and Freeview.
Exceptional spacious kitchen with integrated appliances includes cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, full size fridge & freezer.

HOW TO BOOK - ITS SO EASY !!!
There are 3 options to book.
1. Less than 6 weeks away - full payment is due . If cancelled less than 6 weeks from the holiday date you may lose part or all of your holiday payment.
2. 6-12 weeks away you can pay a £50 deposit to secure your date. full payment is due 6 weeks before your holiday date. If you cancel after this date you may lose part or all of your holiday payment.
3. More than 12 weeks away - A £50 deposit is required to secure your date and full payment due 6 weeks before your holiday date or you can take advantage of our Direct Debit Payment facility and spread the cost of your holiday. Final balance is due at least 4 weeks before your holiday date. Please ask for more details on 07845557200.
4. A £50 deposit secures your booking date. The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday date. If you cancel after this date you may lose part of all of your holiday payment.
5. This is strictly a no smoking holiday home. Any indication that smoking has taken place inside the home may result in the customer losing partial or full damages/cleaning deposit.
6. Slime making or using slime in the lodge is not permitted.
Funworks passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from main reception - please ask for further details.
