Caravan Description
Our large 12' x 35' family caravan on Cresswell Towers Holiday Park, is now available for hire. Located in St Bartholomews Close, it is close to the park’s facilities and beautiful beach.
This 8 berth, 3 bedroom caravan comprises one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed in living room.
It has a shower room with WC and wash basin, plus a separate WC with basin.
Within the caravan you will find a large flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, children’s games, George Foreman grill, and vacuum cleaner, along with an iron and small ironing board.
Our personal items: fishing rods, board games, colouring books, pencils, sun loungers and beach items; which are kept at the caravan, are free for you to use as long as you leave them as you found them.
Entertainment passes can be purchased at reception.

I have an inventory of items and this is checked once you leave. Any items missing may affect your deposit.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen is provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival.
We also provide one hand towel in the shower room, one hand towel in the WC and one kitchen towel.
Bookings & Conditions
A £75 deposit is required to secure your dates. This is refunded within 3 days of the caravan and inventory of caravan items being checked following your departure.
Please Note: If you cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable.
The cost of your holiday must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencing. If payment is not received in full by this time, the date will be re-advertised and ALL monies paid will be non-refundable.
We have a strict NO pets and NO smoking policy.
Entertainment passes are NOT included in the rental price, but can be purchased from Reception.
