Caravan Description

New for 2022, our 14 ft wide holiday home is on a beautiful front row pitch with totally uninterrupted sea views in the Magdalene Fields area of Haven’s Berwick Holiday Park. FREE WIFI for our guests to use in the van .

Our holiday home boasts fabulous sea views and sunsets from both of our decking areas. The large front decking complete with sun loungers, looks out over the sea and in the distance you can see Bamburgh and Lindisfarne, sometimes even catching sight of dolphins swimming by, or just watching the many fishing boats! The side decking also looks out over the sea, as well as the dramatic cliffs. This decking gets the sun all afternoon and into the evening with glorious sunsets; great for photos. It also has comfortable seating with a patio table and chairs for 4 persons.

Our van has plenty of space and offers modern, cottage-style accommodation, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one being an ensuite). Both bathrooms have a large shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the twin bedroom has full 3’ single beds! Both bedrooms have a TV and plenty of storage space.

ALL bed linen is included in our hire price, as well as towels!

On entering the holiday home from the gated side decking there is a separate hallway which then leads on to the large open plan kitchen and lounge area.

The lounge has very large sliding patio doors at the front to take in the breathtaking and spectacular views, giving you access to the front decking. Within the lounge is a 43inch smart tv offering access to Amazon Prime and Paramount plus and other popular apps as FREE WIFI available for our guests in the van . There is a Bluetooth surround system plus plenty of USB charging points. There is also 2 other windows in the lounge area offering great sea views .

There is a dining table with 4 chairs in the kitchen area, as well as a full size dishwasher and washing machine. We also have a large integrated fridge/freezer, microwave and double oven, along with all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you may need.

We also have Uninterrupted views of the sea and coastline from the kitchen window ,
So spectacular sea views , fabulous sunsets , modern accommodation , great photos to make lasting memories will all add up to an idyllic holiday get away !

Bookings & Conditions

WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE CARAVAN OR ON THE DECKING AREA.

Unfortunately, we also cannot allow any pets.

An initial deposit of £50 is taken to secure your dates. The remaining balance must be paid 12 weeks before your arrival date.

There is also a £75 damages deposit required. This will be refunded once the caravan has been checked over on your departure and no loss, damages and/or breakages are found or the need for an excessive clean.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our holiday home only accommodates up to 4 persons - this includes children and infants and we cannot supply cots .


Location

Haven’s Berwick Holiday Park is situated next to a golf course and Berwick town centre is within walking distance, where you will find many restaurants, shops and plenty of places for a lovely coffee and cake!

Berwick Holiday Park itself offers good amenities, including a mini market on site; an indoor swimming pool; a restaurant with lounge and entertainment; Papa John’s and fish and chips.

During July and August there is an outdoor swimming pool, with an area for sunbathing, although the indoor pool is open throughout the season.
