Caravan Description

Our double glazed, central heated and fully insulated caravan for hire on Wild Duck Holiday Park, has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6.

The large master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, vanity unit with stool and a wall-mounted TV, plus plenty of space for a travel cot (not supplied). It also boasts an en-suite WC with wash basin.

The two further bedrooms each have two single beds, a wardrobe, side cabinet and lamp.

The spacious lounge has a large 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa with cushions, coffee table with stools, an electric pebble effect fire, lamps and a flat screen wall-mounted TV with DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs and games to keep you entertained. Connect up your iPhone to the Bluetooth surround sound. French doors lead from the lounge onto front decking, with bistro table chairs.

The modern kitchen has loads of cupboard space and under cupboard lighting. You’ll also find an oven, extractor, full size integrated fridge freezer, 4 slice toaster, airfryer microwave, kettle and a full inventory of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, cups and glasses. A Hoover, mop/bucket, iron/ironing board and kids cutlery is provided too. There’s also a large table with chairs.

The family shower room has a power shower, wash basin, extractor fan and a mirrored unit with plenty of room for toiletries.

Outside we have a table with chairs and a parasol.

Mattress and pillow protectors are provided for all beds. Quilts, pillows, bed linen and essential household items are provided too. We just ask you bring along your own bath towels and tea towels.

We offer easy check in and check out with no queueing for keys as there is a key safe on the door of the caravan (code will be provided the day before your arrival).

A £50 deposit/security bond is required on booking. This will be returned on successful inspection of the caravan following your departure.

Well behaved pet welcome ( pet fee £15

Full payment must be received 6 weeks before the arrival date. If booking less than 6 weeks in advance, full payment is required on booking, plus the £50 security bond.

Upon vacating at the end of your stay, the caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition, all lights must be switched off and all rubbish must be got rid of. The doors should also be locked and the key put back in the key box.

Optional Haven entertainment passes are NOT included in our hire price, but can be purchased direct from Haven reception on arrival. Alternatively, they can be booked online in advance, directly with Haven once your stay has been registered.






Location

Wild Duck Holiday Park is situated in acres of woodlands, with lots of woodland trails for you to explore, and is close to the Norfolk Broads and beaches.

On site there are children’s play areas; multi-sports courts; an arcade; restaurant; Papa John’s Pizza; Cooks fish and chip shop; convenience store; indoor and outdoor heated pools; crazy golf; bike and kart hire; a launderette; plus Wi-Fi.

There are more fun games and activities for children of every age at the kids’ clubs, such as aqua jets, archery, nature trails, junior segways, bug hunt, den building and more.

In the local area, Gorleston and Great Yarmouth beach are just 5 to 10 minutes away. There’s also Great Yarmouth, Pleasurewood Hills theme park, Hippodrome circus, Great Yarmouth racecourse, Africa Alive, BeWilderwood and Roarr Dinosaur Adventure

…..and let’s not forget the plenty of walks and easy access of the Norfolk Broads
